We’ve known for years that Rubia’s was there, and finally tried them. Food was good, the lunch special and my wife’s Rubia’s bowl. Lunch special was only $10, and just the right size. Stevi was our server and she checked on us regularly. We’re looking forward to visiting here again and exploring the menu. Never saw or was offered chips and salsa though, which is weird because they seemed pretty proud of their salsa…

Ordered Enchiladas but can tiny taquitos instead for 17 dollars. We had to ask for garnish to add to it when it was served to us. We got a tiny bowl of lettuce and tomatoes. Looking at pictures on here, the refried beans come with shredded cheese. But mine didn’t just plain beans. I got a chimichanga with red chili and didn’t come with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole like the pictures on here come with, but it was good just with the red chili sauce. We also got a carne Asada steak we asked for the green chili to be put on the side, but it came with cheese and chili on top of the steak. Kids hamburger was good. I wished I would have taken pictures. I had higher expectations for the food here. Service was good and atmosphere was nice.

Visiting from out of town, and not many in person dining options, I had both dinner and breakfast here. Let me say, they take care of you. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The waitstaff understood I don’t always want one beverage at a time. I will definitely go back if I’m in town again.

Pleasant atmosphere, great food, good service. But our last visit today was off set by a rude server. She stormed out after us and yelled! “You didn’t tip me the last two times! Next time I’m not going to serve you!”. This was rude of her and my company & I were so deep into our discussion that I paid and didn’t notice. But I do remember that last visit I tipped over 20% because the evening was excellent with food and service.
I will have to definitely request not to have that server ever again!!

Lynette was an awesome server. Loved the Cancun Combo which was a taco and enchilada both made with shredded beef smothered Christmas (this means red and green) The beef was marinated and had nice flavor.

Regrettably this merchant should remove the “fine dining” from their name. Beef tacos should never have ground beef unless you are at Taco Bell. What a shame. The rice and beans was delicious. The staff was fast and courteous always making sure to refill our drinks.
