Service was cool but I paid three something for cheese and didn’t get it. Plus the phone number dose not work. How are they going to rectify the issue? I don’t wanna be the bad guy but dang it i just wanted what I ordered. I bet you don’t see any satisfied customers in the reviews or pictures. All the 5 stars are from employees

I went through the drive-through asked for original crispy chicken sandwich. He tells me the price $6.59 I drive around to the window. He has me a bag in no time original crispy chicken sandwich Stone cold so I tell him that this is cold I asked for a fresh sandwich so he goes back for like two minutes bring out another sandwich that he’s hopped, which is another form of microwave it Hand it to me so I pull off the lot because that’s my second time going around to the drive-through and I did not feel like going back through. Do not trust these restaurants. Do not trust the Burger King on Green Bay because they are horrible. That’s why nobody was there to receive their services they need to close down for real.

I love Burger King.
Last night I went to the drive through near Glendale, WI and I didn’t receive service for well over 10 minutes.
When I arrived there was one person in front of me to order. It took over 7 minutes for their order to be taken. Then I pulled forward and they asked me to wait for my order to be taken. After around 5 minutes of waiting for them to return to take my order I asked if they were still there. Then a couple of minutes later I drove away. I do not feel that it is reasonable to have to wait over 15 minutes to even get my order taken at the drive thru with such a short line.

They messed up my order big time! I ordered an impossible whopper with double patties and double cheese with no onion, pickles or lettuce. What I got was a God knows what! It had bacon in it plus pickles. I was appalled to see bacon in it when I felt something crunchy in my mouth. I specifically order impossible whopper BECAUSE I don’t eat meat having bacon in my burger is a huge religious violation. I will be calling corporate on them.

I have waited for nearly 25 minutes in the lobby for assistance with an online order of two specific items, with no staff providing service while two employees are on break. The excessive heat has necessitated removing my coat and hoodie. I will not be returning to this restaurant!

Workers are dirty don’t change their gloves eating food on the line and then making a sandwich. Has a lingering homeless man that has threatened multiple people yet they allow to still come in and make him pick up trash outside or other random things for a drink. In the morning I’ve also noticed they have a child in sitting in the lobby all day with no supervision. Won’t be eating here again not they care clearly they don’t.

5/15/22 around 9p I ordered 2 fish sandwiches that looked & tasted like they been sitting around all day & was cooked in dirty grease. If you’re not going to serve fresh food at that time, then you need to close.
My suggestion to everyone is to check your food before you leave.
What is it going to take someone to getting food poisoning before the Health Department do they’re job and stop giving these businesses a grade A when they don’t deserve it.

There were only 3 employees that I saw but they were very efficient l was impressed by how fast they took orders from both the counter and the drive thru, made and served them. The food was really good for a Burger King! The staff were really busy but they would stop when a customer needed them and they were so friendly with the customers in spite of how busy they were, hard they were working. They kept the restaurant very clean. A really impressive crew!
