Stopped into this location today. I haven’t had Shane’s in well over a year. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich or “big mom.” This is a smoked chicken salad, and it is the best chicken salad I’ve ever had. The smoked flavor isn’t too much. It has finely chopped celery, pickle, and I believe onion. It’s piled high with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles on toasted Texas toast. This chicken salad is a must try. I ordered their potato salad, which is great as well. Super creamy with egg and pickles. It has a subtle sweetness to it. I love spicy so I get their spicy bbq on the side, as well as their cayenne hot sauce and hottest buffalo sauce. I have a high spice tolerance, so these weren’t spicy to me, but all had great flavor. This location was clean, tons of seating. I was greeted promptly when I came in. I spent 12$ for the meal, which included a side and drink. With prices and quality of food these days, this is definitely worth 12$. Will return!

I received my delivery order on yesterday that was absolutely disgusting. My smoked half chicken was pink/uncooked on the inside of it, my okra was soggy and wasn’t even cooked all of the way, the toast was oily/ and wasn’t even the original Texas toast they sell. They didn’t put the 3 extra spicy bbq sauce that, I paid for in the bag. The peach cobbler was nasty and the baked beans was soupy. They literally just threw uncooked food in my bag and it was too expensive for the food to be delivered to me like that.

Don’t have any Shane’s in Alabama, atleast in my area. Had never heard of Shane’s until today. BBQ was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The place was really clean too. Great experience. Definitely recommend for some good BBQ

This was the nastiest pulled chicken I ever had! Fries were dark in color as if the oil was dirty and also cold! The chicken tasted uncooked and unseasoned. The macaroni and cheese shouldn’t be called macaroni! Taste store bought. I won’t be back, if I could give no stars I would! The peach tea was awful as well.

Leg quarters were top notch, the macaroni didn’t taste like southern baked mac n cheese but it worked for a quick fix, baked beans were surprisingly flavorful, and the 2 ladies young ladies at the counter were very pleasant. The leg quarters and the nice ladies were the main reasons for the 5 stars.
I won’t base their ratings off this one but the only nuance was the wait time…we were put on hold for 10-15 minutes just to place the order . We live about 15 minutes away and it took another 15-20 minutes to get the food after arriving. I assume they were just busy so maybe that’s a good sign.

The food is consistent and good. I love their salty chicken tenders with ranch and honey mustard… And their potato salad is delicious! This is the whitest food review I’ve ever left

The customer service at this place is above excellent!!!! Not only did Brooke greet me with a friendly face but she answered all of my a million questions!….. She was extremely patient, very inviting, and kinda funny. I had a small issue with my food n it was handled immediately!! The food wasn’t the best bbq but the flavor n the food was really good!!!! #GETTHEGREENBEANS

I am a regular customer at Shane’s on Annistown Rd in Snellville. I love love love their ribs. Today I bought a full rack with a side of sweet potato fries and a side salad. Attached is what I received for a salad. Even in this terrible economic I was not expecting this for a side with a meal that cost almost 30 bucks. Extremely disappointed .

Like all Shane’s, this place is really good. It’s a BBQ joint so it has to be placed in a certain category. But even then the food is great, the location is clean with a nice atmosphere. Portions are plentiful and the daily specials are affordable. Lots of options on the menu.
