Chefs tasting menu was a great value, and super tasty! I’ve had many good filet, and this may be the best. Also the homemade pasta was awesome. Great ambience as well for a date night. Perfect way to celebrate anniversary!

Very tasty experience with great service. We did the chef’s menu, which was a prix fixe 7 course dinner. All of our food was really well prepared and presented, and portions were really generous for a tasting menu – we were completely stuffed! The menu didn’t really have anything I would call “surprising” or super unique, but again it was all very good. Pricing for the meal was spot on with expectations, so I think the 5 star food rating is well deserved. (This isn’t Michelin Star, but still delicious and well worth what we paid.) Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere you’ll either love or feel is a bit busy since it’s basically in the hotel lobby. But it was comfortable and not too noisy.

Can’t speak to the authenticity, but holy cow delicious. If you have the opportunity to order the whole trout, do it!! Even my fish-hesitant husband loved it, it’s deboned and comes in the most decadent butter sauce. Excellent service, so warm and knowledgeable.

Other dishes we tried (all delicious): bitterballen (flavorbomb), kale salad (massaged and well dressed so you’re not chewing for ages), bison ravioli (also delicious butter sauce), broccolini (smoky and salty).

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely evening out for the first time and everything from the atmosphere, to the drinks and decor and staff were incredible! From the moment we got our table to the check, everything had detail. We enjoyed a cocktail each, balanced, fruity and garnished with fresh ingredients. There was a corn husk wrapped around the inside of his drink which was unique and added a level of texture. Next, we selected, “Leave it to Chef” on the menu and each dish was better than the next. Starting with an oyster each, then a pistachio/beet/green apple/blue cheese salad and a cauliflower veggie plate. My ultimate favorite out of them all was the homemade pasta with red sauce and mushrooms. Following that was halibut and steak. Last but not least, the beignets for dessert. I went to HEAVEN and back! They were so warm, cooked perfectly, and paired with a spoonful of ice cream. Sam, our server was exceptional at explaining what ingredients were part of the meal and even added additional strawberries to my mojito for extra flavor. He was remarkable! Thank you for the special dining experience and for making our wedding anniversary so memorable!

Service and atmosphere are great, but the food is below average.

They’re trying too hard to become a 5 star gourmet meal, but it hardly can compete with a Texas Roadhouse. Just go back to normal portion sizes and cut out the scarcity mindset. If you’re going to go petite portion sizes, then make the food and drinks right. Paying $100 in total for two drinks a two meals raises the ego without the taste pallet.
Drinks are too damn sweet, and the food pallet doesn’t even compete with entry level Scandinavian restaurants.
Pay for the atmosphere, not the food or drinks. Order the fresh cut fries and water, that’s practically the only thing that’s going to appeal to anyone that’s serious about taste and pallet opportunity.
If you’re feeling lucky, then get the custom full course meal for $86, better than trying to sample a couple things for $30/plate and hoping you “might get something decent.”

I don’t like the food or drinks here. It’s nothing special. Only the fries have unique flavor, everything else food and drink wise is a pretend snack from what feels to be an overly hyped playbook.

This is the best place I’ve ever eaten at in the twin cities and in MN. We got the chefs choice meal it was phenomenal. I can’t believe how good it was. The flavors everything we ate was absolutely lovely. The staff were fantastic and we came here for my birthday it was a wonderful experience from the valet services to the food and staff. I highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been for dinner and brunch and it’s been growing on me. Love the service even when it’s a bit busy for dinner. The bread box was a hit. Loved the kale salad. They have valet through the hotel or there’s also street parking. I can imagine it gets a bit busier at night but still a good spot.

We were so glad that we chose the ‘Chef’s Choice’ dinner which is a 6+ course experience for $78 per person. It was well done from top to bottom with some surprises. We had the winter menu which featured elevated root vegetables, pumpkin lasagna (So Good) , lamb, scallops, oysters, and other delights. A great place to spend a nice birthday dinner with the warm open fire roasting in the background creating nice vibes. Our waiter Bart was a pleasure and brought such positive energy. Thank You so much!

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant and the second we walked through the doors we could tell we were in for a treat. We both ordered the “Leave it to us”, experience and let the Chefs and staff of the evening bring us out dish after dish and we were not disappointed. Totally worth the money and will be coming back to try more of the menu.

Great experience! Bart our server for dinner service helped guide though the menu. We will be thinking about those brussel sprouts for a very long time. Contemplated taking an order to go for the next day.
We also went for breakfast also great service!
Can’t wait to eat there again!
