Please consider having a male worker on the schedule with your staff at all times. A very aggressive man put your staff in a very hard and possibly threatening situation this evening when the POS system was down. Unluckily for this man, I go zero to mental very quickly and got him out of there. I hope the girls are ok who worked in the store tonight. Please consider having more than just 3 young girls working there during dinner hour.

I don’t know why I keep going back. It just keeps getting worse and worse. First, they skimp on the servings. Second , the quality of food is not good. My guac was brown, my chips had no flavor and the rest was just meh… I enjoy my meals at other location. This one sucks. And if you order, make sure you don’t do it online. They will screw up your order.

So… I think I am the only person in North America who has never been to Chipotle! Daughter finally convinced me and the experience was great. The food was really good (for a fast food chain) and the portion was humongous! Staff was really friendly and helped me to order. The dining room area needed cleaning (not sure if they just finished a rush) but the tables and floor was dirty. Overall, great experience and would go back again.

I wish I could rate lower. Store is disgusting, not one table is clean for me and my 2 year old to eat at, I ordered a chicken bowl and it’s all vegetables with barely any chicken. Not to mention your prices are higher because you’re in a higher income suburb. If you’re gonna charge more for food, better get those portions dialed in because I’m leaving hungry and ripped off. Learn to franchise better.

Im going to keep coming here because the food is good but its so understaffed. They’ll have a line out the door and only have 1 person making food. It seems everyone else is focused on togos. There’s a reason why Chipotle sales are down, take care of the customers or they will go elsewhere.

i accidentally ordered the pork bowl for pick up and i happened to have no way of getting there so i ended up having to order a 2nd pork bowl and asked them to bag it together. As i was on the phone with them i had asked if they could remake the first pork bowl since it had been sitting for almost 2 hours ( since i thought i ordered for delivery and finally realized what happened.) They told me they could not remake the bowl because it would affect their inventory count and that it shouldn’t be too cold, I was lost for words. My order came eventually and it was odd because the bag was not sealed in the uber eats drop off pic. The uber driver told me it was handed to her like that ( which made me feel nauseated & uncomfortable. I opened the bag to an written apology for no cheese and was given guac as a token? -/ I ended up eating the bowl that was made first but also noted my salsa wasn’t in one bowl. It’s been 2 days since then and me and my nephews stomach has been in utter Shambles . I am very disappointed with this order

First time in a while to chipotle, my choice of food was very affordable and I actually got two meals out of it. When I had walked in, it was packed in the middle of the week, but they moved right along, and it actually was a fundraiser for a local school, but they still performed to their best and In-N-Out you go..

After a while, we tried this and it didn’t disappoint us. The taste was great, we had chicken rice bowl and chicken burrito . As usual it tasted good and delicious .
This location was clean and all the employees were following the healthy guidelines for food (like masks and gloves).
Also saw the sign of no cash on this site, which I am not sure if other chipotle restaurant sites are doing it as well but these guys are. We had no issue paying with card.
All went well and highly recommend chicken burrito with both rice, both beans, sour cream, hot sauce, lattice, corn, onion & bell peppers.
