Best sushi restaurant in DHS! Drove down from yucca valley just to try this place out! Did not disappoint! Quality of sushi is top tier! I’m very picky when it comes to sushi and this place lives up to their restaurant name Best sushi and grill! Our server Kay was amazing! She was so kind, and the best server we’ve had in a while. If you try this place out you won’t be disappointed! Definitely will be back!

Keep returning, special occasions with whole family, dine-in, carryouts, tried variety of dishes. Noodles are always amazing. Rolls never disappoint. Tempura is delicious. Service was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

I was visiting a friend who lives in the city, and he suggested we grab sushi at Best Sushi Grill. It was my first time going, and man… I couldn’t believe what I was eating. The food was insanely delicious—my mouth was literally watering as I waited for my next set of rolls to come out.
You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu; every platter that came out looked amazing. I stuck to sushi rolls, and damn, I got full just from those alone.
If you’re from this city or just visiting, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Wow I love this place. Finally a good sushi option for after 9pm in the desert. The Korean BBQ Beef ribs are Devine! California roll also delicious and generous size. Even the miso soup was yummy! I will definitely be back!

Surprisingly, there is a very high-end sushi chef hidden in the desert. They serve good Korean-style sushi Maki, and sashimi. They also have a selection of Korean dishes, soups, and ramen .

We have been coming to this little gem of a place since we moved to DHS. We enjoy the vegetarian sushi options. Our favorite waitress is Kay who always makes sure we are well taken care of. The food quality is great and the staff very welcoming.

Don’t hate the restaurant, hate the people that are on here lying. However , I could be tracked the statement based on the concept that they are saying , this is the best sushi restaurant in the lower desert areas while also offering the biggest rolls in the region. However , when it comes to california , these are some of the smallest roles I ever had on the planet. Yes they’re good, but small and overpriced they are.

I’m sad to share my experience today after years of coming here and absolutely loving both the food and the service. Unfortunately, that changed today. It seemed like the entire staff — servers and chef — were new, and the food was mediocre. People around us were complaining, and even the server agreed.
When I went to check out and tried to use a 20% coupon, I was told they no longer accept them. The server even informed the owner that they should honor the coupon, and he still didn’t care.
All of this to say… my favorite sushi place is gone.

This is definitely a hidden gem that need to be found by more people. The service is great and the food is delicious. The Sashimi is one of my fave and their roll options is also great.
