I ordered from Wingstop on Central in TOLEDO, Ohio and that food was not fresh. My fries weren’t fresh. I spent $40 and my food was not fresh and I didn’t feel that because why my stuff ain’t dropped fresh and I asked for well done wingding stuff wasn’t done not fresh corn wasn’t not fresh and it’s how many people working in here and your food can’t be fresh like be for real. I don’t know if it was the delivery driver. I don’t think it was him because he came right after they got my food and it was not hot. I feel like it should be made by order. I ain’t never never ever spending my money there again my heart earned money and I’m disabled and the food was nasty. And a manager should know and understand why I’m writing this post and I’m putting it on Yep too.

Placed order online through Wingstop while in the parking lot. Hubby went inside for order at appointed time, and informed order is not ready.
Additional 40 minutes go by, and he’s still inside waiting for order. At point of wanting order canceled and money refunded (after all, our time matters as well) and what do you know, not only is the food ready, but it’d apparently been ready for some time and just placed any Ole place.
As I’m watching all the employees goofing around playing through the windows, this wad very predictable. Not opposed to a good time while working, but am opposed to inconsideration of paying customers time. Large family and many obligations, their lack of attention to orders and customers hindered our evening.

Nice crew, but the food not so good. The fries are terrible.(greasy and wimpy). My chicken sandwich was cold. The boneless chicken wings were very dry and they gave us the wrong order as well.

Ordered wings here last night, well done. They came out over an hour later than the estimated time (which, unfortunately, seems to be the norm here). When they finally arrived, the wings were soggy, barely seasoned, completely inedible AND we were missing 5 wings. I actually had to put them in my air fryer just to try and save them. Normally, the food makes up for the poor service, but this time both were terrible. I requested a refund and, unsurprisingly, haven’t heard anything back. This place just keeps getting worse with every order.

This location has taken a nosedive literally. If your making a 3 to 4 person order your easily spending 75-100 dollars. Which is paying several hours of wages for the people that work there. Which do not care, pay attention to detail, or have any customer service skills. It horrendous. And don’t bother leaving your cliche bot response. Absolute worst service i have ever experienced at an establishment EVER!! As soon as i walk in an emoyee is flipping off another employee all while cussing. I then revieve my cup for my beverage after having to ask for it, all to find out theyre out of ice. I then inform the employee that they are out of ice just for the employee to tell me ” its gonna be a while because i have orders to take” and other duties she had to perform. At this time i knew she was just trying to get out of doing it so i replied ” ill wait im not going to drink warm soda.” The employee is then seen socializing with other workers and continues being loud. The manager had to tell her “be quiet the camera detects loud noises.” 20 minutes goes by and still no ice, a door dash worker was there and was just as irritated as me and told me ” they never have ice good luck getting ur ice.” I then tell them can i PLEASE have ice, eventually the poor manager has to put the ice in the machine because none of the employees would.” After she filled the machine with ice an employee grabs his cup and gets ice before me knowing ive been waiting 20 minutes for ice. All while the employees were coming out of the kitchen and talking to their friends that came to their job to visit them, and handing out free cups for drinks.
I then ask if my order was ready and they said “oh yea, here you go” no apology or nothing.If i owned thus business i would clear house and start from scratch. If this business fails it is because of the poor customer service they have in that dump! Also this place is FILTHY garbage all over and i will be reporting the health inspector. How myself and all the customers that were there were treated was completely unexceptable!

Wings were amazing. Good size and meaty. Lots of sauce. I had BBQ and they tasted great.
Save the money and skip the fries. They taste like they have sugar on them and way too much salt. I asked if they could remake them with much less salt. They did, however they still had way too much. Very disappointing.
We also waited 20 minutes for our food.
