We Came into A&W this morning and the assistant manager Alicia took my order, she had a smile on her face and was so polite and seemed like she really enjoys what she does. I was very impressed and i told her she was doing a superb job and that she would make a great manager one day . The 2 gentlemen in the kitchen who made the food also did really awesome, food came up fast and it was hot and very delicious. Definitely will be back. Good job for a fast food restaurant, this is what we like to see.

We stopped at A&W in siren wi my kids were tired and cranky.The service was amazing and the assistant manager Alicia went out of her way and talked with my kids and made them smile Thank you so much Alicia that made our trip so much better on the way home. I love A&W but it seems like everytime my family comes here the ice cream machine is not working, and that’s with trips that are months apart, it’s like they know we’re coming lol. But beyond that the food and ice cream beverages are fantastic! But the professionalism and interaction with staff could be tremendously better. One notable occasion is when my wife was told she was flat out wrong when we received our drinks and hers was the incorrect size. She simply asked for the correct size and proceeded to hand the wrong drink back to the guy who threw a fit and told her she was wrong. Its just simple customer service. Make it right for the customer. Especially something silly like receiving the wrong size beverage, on top of the fact she was gonna give the other back. Not like we were trying to get a free drink out of it. Happy to find out there is another A&W in pine city since its a drive for us either way.

Came into A&W siren after a long day at work and I got the pleasure of Alicia taking my order, Ive came in a few times and she’s always got a smile on her face and very friendly, my order was bagged up wrong or handed to the wrong person by another lady, so she asked the 1 guy in the kitchen to remake it and he was very fast and got it done and brought it out to me himself and he said I apologize ma’am and I told him it’s OK. It’s not your fault and I asked him his name and he said his name was Amer, I told him thank you again for making it over and he said of course with a big smile on his face, definitely love to see this kind of team work. Alicia then said can I offer you a shake for the mess up? I said no thank you but I appreciate it though. Love to see this kind of Teamwork, When I used to come here a long time ago, there was nothing but issues and it seems to have come a long way. So again, thank you guys very much. I’ll be back soon, I love A&W.

Went through drive thru order two papa burgers and two mushrooms and onion melts and kids meal and order chili and cheese fries and waited 20 mins for it and all the food was cold and the burgers were horrible had no mushrooms on burger no cheese on the chili cheese fries won’t be back for a while cuz obviously they don’t know how to make food and run a business correctly. Sounds bad but the truth sorry.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!
Ordering speaker too low to hear clearly.
Not asked if I was a senior (usually am) so didn’t receive the normal discount.
Order was incomplete and had wait for clerk to go back and finish it.
Sandwich simply slopped together and falling apart, and I couldn’t eat it without having all the wet mess my hands.
No napkins in the bag with the order. Fortunately my dog
No “thank you” from the clerk just “here” as she gave the order to me.

Hours say open until 9:00pm. Stopped at 7:05pm, open sign was on and both entryways were locked. Employee saw me and tried hiding by laying in a booth. No signs saying drive-thru only. Tried calling and no answer. If an employee likes to hide from customers I’m guessing they don’t wash their hands so I wouldn’t want to eat.

Don’t waste your time!
We patiently waited in line for a good 15 minutes to even get up to the order window and in the process. watched five other cars drive away before getting to order. When I finally got up to the order box, I was told they were busy, and it’ll be a couple of minutes. Waited for another 5 minutes and finally had to ask if I could please order, to which the girl bitchingly replied with “We are busy, patience is key.”
I understand being busy, but I do not appreciate the worker being rude to me when we had very patiently waited for over 20 minutes for somebody to take our order, and we never did get food! That’s six families that drove away without ordering! This was around 12:30 this afternoon.
Good luck with staff like that running the restaurant!
