I will not be ordering from here again. This is the third time they have messed up my order in a major way. I’ve been in their position, so I know it’s not that hard. I get mistakes happen, but I gave them multiple chances to get the bare minimum right. I don’t think I’m expecting a lot. If I order a footlong sandwich online for over $20 and even leave a tip, I shouldn’t receive a six inch. If I pay extra for something, I shouldn’t be given the run around about what I can get instead as a replacement. Just give me a refund if you can’t provide what I have asked for. These kinds of mistakes are simply unacceptable, and yet they are persistent to the point of being expected. The food is not good enough to have to deal with this level of incompetence. The workers are also extremely rude and visibly annoyed the second you walk in, which I honestly wouldn’t even care about if they could at least nail the food. But they can’t and don’t! If they won’t so much as be polite in a way expected of any customer-facing role OR perform a basic task correctly, then they should go work somewhere else.

Poor quality, bread was burnt and hard. Lettuce like very old, and it looks like they used the bottom of each veggie and item.

I waited 20 minutes to order. I was at the counter and ignored while online orders kept coming in and being filled. I asked if that was how staff was instructed to prioritize orders. Apparently so. I wasted 20 minutes of travel time there before I left empty handed. I was driving alone and unable to order ahead online myself.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful. A bit slower than normal but that is because they were training a new worker. They took it slow and paid attention to detail, but we’re working hard and we’re apologetic for any and all delays. Great subway to eat at.

Food was fine. The male employee gave good service, while the female was a little lazy. She told us they were out of meatballs, when the male interjected to say he could have them ready in a couple of minutes, which he did.
