I hate it when I get old fries. I got them in drive thru around 2:30 ish. And the seasoning looks like it was just dumped on. Gaaaaak.

Good food, good service. I’m a bit confused over price differences. I got an order of egg rolls. At this location it was $4.89 before taxes. Eleven miles down the road in Lavonia am order of egg rolls is $3.99. Makes me wonder why everything on their menu board is so much more than the other locations I frequent.

Normally it’s aggravating ordering from this location, and my order usually has to be remade since folks can’t follow simple instructions. However, this visit was quite nice for a change. My order was made exactly how I asked for it to be and the night manager on duty on Nov 18, 2025 was super kind and friendly. It was nice to have such great service after a long day.

My food was missing a side of fries twice, and I asked to speak to a manager , so Kim came to talk to me and she was one of the rudest, most degrading people I have spoken to. I was trying to be nice – I wasn’t mad I just wanted my money back , and she kept insulting me and being insanely mean to me AND my husband(bless her heart )

I love NO seasoning on my fries EVERY time I come here now! Then on top of that my usual.. the loaded fries is cold everytime! Cheese is never melted and it’s always stuck together at the bottom. Hardly ever looks appetizing anymore. Ever since they received new management and kitchen staff the place has gone down hill with their food and friendly service. On top of that the tables and chairs are normally filthy with crumbs from previous customers. My family and I will not be returning until something is done about this. SEASON. YOUR. FRIES. ZAXBYS. If I wanted to eat bland fries I’d eat a raw potato. 3 month update. I’m back.. this is what I got. Asked for heavy sauce.. are yall rationing or? Exact amount of fries and everything lol. I’m so done w this place.. Sorry workers who have a poor attitude and sorry food. Definitely won’t be back now. $30 down the drain for both meals.

I went through the Drive thru. They had me pull forward even though there was no one behind me and before my car even came to a complete stop the gentleman was knocking on my window to give me my food. Other than that being a little odd to me everything else was good. The Cobb salad was delicious.

I’m giving 1 star because I just came through and order fries and a basket of toast. They asked me to pull up because my food would be fresh. I can’t even eat these fries. Literally throwing them away. They are smelly because of so much oil. But also old, oily, and mushy. You can tell they were old and dropped again instead of getting fresh food like she stated I was getting by pulling me up. Never had a bad experience before. But as someone who was pregnancy craving these fries, I’m sad. The picture doesn’t do justice. 🙁
