Finally, they got the ovens fixed and are serving delicious KFC biscuits.
We skip the2 sides and opt for biscuits instead.
Then make our own potatoes and baked beans at home.
Still 8 pieces with slaw and biscuits was $38.00.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My fiance and I went through drive through last evening on the way home to Terlton. We ordered 2 Mac n cheese bowls, 1 without shredded cheese, and the mashed potato poppers. The bowls were barely 1/4 full, the food was cold, and tasted gross and old. My fiance called the store and spoke with “Kate” who said she’d call her boss and call us back. She never did. Today, my fiance tried to call and said we wanted a refund instead of it being remade, and the guy hung up on her. Over priced, old food, no customer service.

Weird weird place. It’s dark out and zero of the outside lighting is in, not even the drive through menu. I persisted basically just out of curiosity because I could see the inside lights on. So I go inside and they have the entire kitchen taken down and and cleaning. Lady came to the register and I had to ask if they were open because I thought maybe they forgot to lock the doors. This is at 8:10. She said they close the lobby at 9 and the drive through at 10. Found that off because the door says open till 10. I asked her about the lights and she said yeah they kind of come on when they want to, above my pay grade. So hopefully the owner/manager see this. If they are getting zero sales after dark it’s because you look closed.

Over $50 ordered tonight August 8, 2022. Drive through dinner family of four. 16 piece family dinner. macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes gravy and Nashville hot combo.
NO gravy, mashed potatoes look like they forgot to mix the instant potatoes. Original recipe look like the chicken got hit by a truck. Nashville hot not so hot. look like cheap imitation tenders with some buffalo sauce on it, no pickles. Sandsprings KFC you NEVER FAIL TO DISAPPOINT. For the love of Colonel Sanders. Please !

Wow:! No drinks,potpies,biscuits Lobby is standing in water , ceiling tiles are failing from the roof from water damage , one tile literally has mold growing on it , many of the tiles are missing and you can see into to attic !? Water can literally be seen dripping from the roof !!! Idk what to say !

The food was awesome and hot! Logan our cashier was friendly and quick to help out!! Definitely recommend and will be back!! The skinny brunette girl in the back was the only downfall, seemed to be causing chaos and was kinda rude to the other employees
