I didn’t realize that they charge you gratuity using the hibachi. I got the bill. Saw the food items. I didn’t add up the price. Left a tip came up to 70 dollars with it. I always leave a 20 percent or more tip for good service. What I didn’t realize is below the food somewhere says service charge so I already tipped 18 percent because the total came out I guess to 57 for 45 plus tax dollars worth of product purchased. I gave it to 70 leaving an additional 22 percent on top of what they already charged me. They dont have it clearly posted anywhere. The show was good. The kids were happy. The food wad super oily for some reason. I dont think ill be going back again because of this. Feel like I was robbed. Should I have paid more attention. Maybe. But it doesnt change the fact that I wasn’t aware and it is very upsetting.

The waitress/ server was pretty rude and unprofessional! I order the soft shell crab which didn’t taste so good(tasted bitter)after eating piece of it ! I told her about and her answer was to be “ but you eat part of it already” ! Her other response was if I wanted to speak to the manager ! The manager came over and I explained to him, he apologized! I still ended up leaving tip ! Will not go back because use of the server ! Oh I did order the fried rice and salmon , it was ok !

Very fun dining experience. My husband surprised me on date night, for something different. The food portions were huge and tasty. We had hibachi dinners that started with soup and salad. I got steak and scallops while my husband got the chicken. We both were extremely happy with our meals. The noodles cooked up on the hibachi are delicious. We definitely will go back with the whole family.

It was absolutely perfect from the time I walked in til the time I left. Me and my son are new to the area and we lovvvvvveeeee to eat. We were gonna try another place near another Walmart and let’s just say we are so glad we told them eww no and came here instead… prices fair especially for the quality and quality of food the service was impeccable and I needed some fun with a broken foot on birthday plus being new to the area it was such a pleasant surprise. Me and my son will definitely be back and become regulars. Thanks so much for being amazing. This was the second time I had ordered takeout from them. Their sushi rolls are half the size of what is customary. I can accept that on based on today’s economy. However, there are items that I had ordered did not appear on my bill nor did I receive. I received the phone call informing me that the soup I had ordered play never mentioned the other items. I was told after trying to understand what the person was saying multiple times due to their poor English that they were going to refund me in cash for the soup. They did not give me any type of refund. I called to let them know and a woman and poor English told me after several inquiries that they’ll take care of it next time. There’s not going to be a next time. Why would I order again from someone who just stolen from me? I just want other customers to hear how they possibly may be treated in the future. I had to call my bank to make sure that I was being charged the proper amount and not the original order fee which was showing up on my bank account. I was being charged$33 more then what I had received. Doordash is also responsible in this matter. As many have seen that doordash has been quite noticeable for overcharging their customers basically stealing from them. Not happy will never order again!

Love coming to this place! Staff is very friendly! We came here for my birthday and they sang me happy birthday and gave me free dessert! I ordered the Lobster Jalapeno appetizer and I highly recommend. I also ordered Rainbow roll ( left side) and Sakura Roll (right side). Rolls were fresh and delicious. My fried ice cream was delicious. I’ll definitely be back.
