The mgr Caroline is simply outstanding. We were from out of town and stopped for a bite to eat. The store was immaculate, the staff were friendly, smiling and respectful. The rapport Caroline had with her staff showed strong leadership mixed with kindness which you rarely see these days. She came out into the dining area twice during our stay to see if the people eating were satisfied, or needed anything and just to smile/say hi. She cleared a tray if it was in anyone’s way. She genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. To see such outstanding customer service was amazing. To Caroline, I thank you. We need more people like you in the customer service industry & the world.

We ordered two chicken sandwiches, two beef sandwiches with barbecue sauce and we did not even get our two sandwiches. There were fish sandwiches and asked for barbecue sauce and we did not get our barbecue sauce. We’re on the road again now and can’t turn around so they are not good people to eat it when they can’t get your order right we’re never going there again

Their computers were down yesterday but they still were filling orders left and right. They seemed to be all on the same team and using great communication. As soon as I told her my order, a coworker said “I’ll make the sandwich, you make the meal”. My food was done in a jiffy and they were able to see through their tough situation as a fun/laughing matter. Great job!
