I didn’t complain the last time but now we’ve had the same experience. Order a small with sausage, onion and green peppers and a small ham and pineapple. On the first there were ONLY 12 small pieces of saygage on the entire pizza!! On the second there were ONLY pineapple was almost all on one piece and not equally spread across the pizza. My conclusion is either the franchise owner is cutting back on quantities of the add on OR the employees just don’t care and have no pride in there work. At this point I’m not sure I will order from here again even though it is convenient and the delivery driver was very professional and polite.

I just wanted to say that my experience with this Papa John’s was a very pleasant one. The manager, Aileen, was knowledgeable and very helpful to my wife and I with our order. She helped us with finding a coupon to bring our total down considerably. She was kind and even helped us to get our pizza in the car for us, considering that I use a cane and my wife uses a walker to walk. Thank you so much to Aileen for a wonderful experience… Especially since nowadays it’s a harried and hurried experience these days at most fast food restaurants.

Great store. We order from here at least once a week. Always good. And the one time the order was messed up, Andrew and his team went above and beyond to fix it: they re-delivered the right pizza, gave us our next one free and added a yummy brownie on the house. Thanks guys!

Gene really helped me through the ordering process and helped me choose the correct promos. He filled the order in 10 minutes and then proceeded to drive it to my house and bring it in for me. He’s a very sweet boy.

Never again will I order pizza from Papa John’s. If you’re expecting to get a pizza like the ones pictured on their website forget about it! I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and mushroom with visons of those image in my head. I got an 8 slice pizza with maybe 1 pepperoni on a slice. Then the mushrooms were cut in half and each slice had half of mushroom on it. I feel I paid over $20 for bread. Take your order somewhere else if you want pizza not bread.
