Super-duper friendly place. Food was excellent. My husband was both impressed and happy – which for a retired chef, that is pretty rare. Talked about how great it was all the way home. Of course we rang the bell!

I ordered $100 worth of food from downstairs. They gave me old food. I took it back to get it re-cooked and she argued with me. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I ordered the food off my card and she didn’t want to recook my order. She got made bc I complained about the food she wanted to refund my card which takes days but didn’t want to re-cook my order.. I ordered clams. I got a couple of clams that was hard and greasy must’ve been old and I had to argue with her and I had been waiting for a while and had a car full of kids so I needed to get them something to eat. The food was old greasy and salty.

The past few times I’ve been to this Long John Silver’s location has been consistent. The food is really good for a fast food drive-thru spot. Since they’ve gotten waffle fries, they’re amazing, the fish is great, the hush puppies, etc. Service is solid and atmosphere is what you’d expect from a clean fast food place.

All the fried stuffs tasted only salty and greasy, no other flavor. The shrimp tasted the saltiest and old. The green bean was very mushy. The service was good, the food came out pretty fast.

Ordered through the mobile app. I always get the fish and chicken variety platter meal but in the comment section I add that I want all fish. I’ve never had an issue until now. Picked up my order and told the staff that one was supposed to be all fish. Was told they don’t honor the comment section anymore and that I was supposed to alter my order through the mobile app. The problem is there is no way to alter your order through the app. I brought this to the gentlemen attention and even asked if he’d show me where in the app I’m supposed to alter my order, his response, “I don’t use the app” He also said that people have been doing this to keep from paying extra for the switch. I looked on the menu and fish is 10 cent more than chicken. I would have been happy to pay the extra 30 cent but wasn’t given the opportunity. This wasn’t the first bad experience at this location but it certainly will be my last.
*edit for the copy/paste response below* I have reached out and I have spoken to the store manager or whoever she was. I got a lot of excuses and nothing more. I never got an apology for the experience, unless you count the, “we’re sorry for the confusion this caused you” which is essentially code for “we did nothing wrong” She did offer three pieces of fish on my next order but I’ll just take my business somewhere else. Plenty of local establishments that I’m sure would love my business.

Was delighted to find a LJS as all of ours have been closed for years. There was a small bit of confusion placing the order but that shouldn’t have made the girl at the counter treat me like she did right before we left. We both had the 3 piece chicken 2 piece fish platter. All I could taste was grease. I thought it was my imagination as we love LJS food but my daughter said the same thing. Went up to the counter to get a to go box. Girl was talking to the guy in the kitchen. He told her to see what I wanted . When she turned around her smile completely vanished and she just stood there and stared at me. I asked her politely if I could have a to go box and one more sweet and sour. She just tossed everything toward me on the counter and never said a word. Did not feel welcome there and our leftovers got thrown in the trash. You couldn’t taste the food for grease. We will not go back to this location!

I haven’t seen a Long John Silver in over 25 years. I was so excited to stop and join in and it still taste the same since I was a little girl. The Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be stopping in on Tuesday’s while I am in the area.

Very slow. Had to wait in the drive thru a long time for food. Corn looked burnt and I sent it back for fries instead. Overall not good value for the $. Seems to be worse than before.

Absolute waste of time and money. They are turtles with no respect for your time. Food wasn’t even hot enough to justify the wait. Will never return to this location and you should avoid too
