Avoid this location. I ordered 4 sandwiches. All supposed to be toasted. None of them were toasted. Then all the subs were just thrown in the packaging paper and I had to put them back together to best of my ability. When we called the store the man who answered argued and said he did toast the bread and did everything right. He was wrong. Barely any sauces on any sandwiches, and wrong sauces on some. It was just very clear that no care or courtesy was present for our online order.

I will never come back here. One of the guys making the subs is literally crazy and he wears his mask under his chin. He made was just throwing toppings on my sub and it was so messy to eat. And as soon as he checked me out, he got his phone out and proceeded to talk on the phone with someone SUPER LOUD! He was literally screaming for the entire duration of my meal! My sub fell apart instantly because he made it so poorly. This subway needs to be shut down. I frequently went to this subway for my lunch, most of the time at least twice a week. Until recently always had same 2 people there and I could only praise their attitude and service. I went there other day when a lady I havent seen yet was working and no complaints till I had to pay. I saw a total on screen that was above what I normally pay and said something to her but she assured me it wasn’t my total. I tapped my card and got my receipt to see the amount I saw before was my total and my receipt said I gave a tip. I asked her about it and she said I must have tapped the screen and gave tip when I didn’t even get the option to tip. She told me when you tap your card you automatically give a tip, which has never happened to me before and I saw the total before I even tapped my card. I asked for refund and she and another lady said they couldn’t and then thanked me as I leave. Do Not Go to this subway, or always check what the total on register before paying because they tell you your total without tip and then they rob you.

There was an Indian woman who was very uncomfortable with her dirty clothes with whole and bad manners, i received very unpleasant service. The sandwich that I ordered was not tightly rolled, so all the ingredients in the bread spilled out.

I ordered from here for lunch today, called because they forgot my drink and cookies. Then at lunch I noticed my sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered so I came in to get it corrected. The lady and man had an attitude because I asked them to correct it for me, then were telling me how they made what was printed on my order. Which was not what I asked for in the app.
What ever , I got my stuff , she basically just opened the incorrect one and added what I want and lastly threw it at me on the counter.

The MOST disrespectful subway I’ve EVER encountered. Lady TOLD me my sandwich was done and proceeded to cut my sandwich in half in front of me after telling her I wanted more sauces.
Also, Lady used 2 half full scoops on Stake for a Footlong Stake n Cheese sandwich. Rip off and disrespectful

The older gentlemen who made my sandwich did not skimp the toppings at all. He didnt even charge me for the extras I ordered. I’m very pleased with the experience. Feels like the sandwich was made with love lol. Will definitely come back again. My new favorite Subway restaurant 🙂
