Went at 1:30pm. Used the drive thru, after I paid, they told me to I scoot my car up in the drive thru and there was literally no room because of the truck in front of me. In front of that truck was a car also waiting for their food. I told them, “I can’t scoot there’s no room”. Then one car left and so I eventually scooted and had to wait and then they came out and gave me the most pathetic chicken sandwich ever made.

This is a great group of people working together as a team the only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it was so cold I had to take my food and eat in the car but they are running around working so hard and fast I would need it cold in there too so not a big deal really. They apologized for the wait but it wasn’t long and I got hot fresh wings so worth the wait the woman’s bathroom was very clean too.

It’s 8:00 and the doors are locked. Employees hiding in the back. And told in drive thru they have to check if they have any white meat. This place is a joke! Church’s you need to find employees that actually want to work and not turn customers away..

The person who runs this store has excuses for days but with all that talking they cant manage to place orders for their products no sweet tea ever.. no gravy never anything in stock! Dont order online cause they wont refund you your money they make you request it online but you wont actually receive your money back. Im out 60.00 due to ordering online

They were not busy. I was the only customer at this time. Got my order wrong. Prices where not a good bang for the buck. Too Small chicken and not much flavor on anything. Hard crunchy biscuits. Atmosphere was bland, no music.

I cannot believe this place. The order was wrong and the food was cold…but we were hungry. I drank my whole drink and realized towards the end, it tasted funny…to then find a couple of BUGS IN MY FOOD! I will be suing if my son or I get sick. DO NOT GO HERE! STAFF DEFINITELY SEEMS CARELESS!

I am diabetic which limits my choices. No sugars, no carbohydrates, no potato, no fries, no rice, no soda, and no breads. Chicken only. However, I can only order two pieces( thigh and small drum stick). No options for three or four pieces. I leave hungry.:(
