This is one of the first Wendy’s that I’ve visited where the food was extremely fresh and hot. We’ve eaten here 3 days. We had salads all days and I got a Dave’s double the 3rd day. It was fresh and hot. Almost reminded me of Wendy’s of old days. We will go again. The salad was so fresh and they heated the chicken up for the salad. We really enjoyed the salad. Ordered a bacon cheese potato with sour cream add butter and chives. I ordered it through DoorDash just now got my food and my potato only had chives on it. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for years now. I’ve never had my food messed up until today.

The morning staff that makes the food needs to be retrained. I’m officially done with this location. 3rd consecutive time, my order has been messed up. Missing bacon, Potato wedges, next again missing the bacon on a Maple BACON chicken croissant. It’s Literally in the name, how do y’all keep missing it? This is why Wendy’s is having to close their stores they run all the customers off with terrible service.

An online order of 2 burritos took more than 15 minutes to prepare. Drove to the restaurant after ordering online (at least 5 min). Sat in the drive thru for at least 5 (no other cars in the drive thru). I was asked to pull forward because they wanted to remake our burritos with fresh eggs (waited 5 minutes and went inside).

The burritos had NOT been made, and the young woman who was supposed to be making the food was standing around doing nothing. The man at the counter had to step over and make the 2 burritos himself. BTW there was lady at the counter who was complaining about waiting 20 minutes for her food.

I will gladly speak to the manager if they want leave me a number to call. I would like share what I observed as a business owner.

I was so excited to leave this Wendy’s a 5 star review until…

It was lunch hour. Everyone is in a hurry. Drive thru places are busy. I was starving.

I thought about going to Arnold’s right around the corner but I was in a hurry too. I figured if the line wasn’t long at Wendy’s I’d try it.

Much to my surprise the line was short. The service was fast. The drive thru attendant even fixed my order to a combo because that was a better deal.

As I drove away I was so impressed with how much better this experience was from all the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. So I snapped a picture of the store. I couldn’t wait to leave a great review.

Then I opened my burger. The only special request I had was NO MAYO. The burger was slipped with mayo.

Mayo is nasty. It literally makes me throw up. All I wanted was a good burger with no mayo. I had to throw away the whole top half of an $8 burger.

Should have just gone to Arnold’s. ‍♂️

This location is usually “okay” but on this particular visit, the service was mediocre at best and to make matters even worse, there was a horrible disagreement with the staff. There was an argument with one of the staff members and the manager which included foul language and cussing. The food was okay but the service and environment was terrible.
