The food was really good! There were many options on the menu. The staff was really good and the place was clean. I do feel like it was a bit pricey though. I was the only adult. Then I took my 12 year old, 11 year old, and 3 year old. Walked out at $108 dollars after tip!

We had a good-sized group (14) of adults and children. They had no problem dealing with us. The food was good and plentiful. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Will eat there again.
UPDATE (January 2024) I’ve eaten there a lot of times over the years, but this was the first time ever during the week (previously it was always Saturday or Sunday). I will never eat there during the week ever again. The food was overcooked — either mushy or too hard to cut with a knife. To say the service was lackluster is being polite. The food wasn’t worth even half what we paid for it. Very disappointing.

The food was poorly seasoned. I have eaten at many different Chinese restaurants and this is the worst one I have eaten at. Even my husband who eats just about anything, didn’t like the food. We didn’t even finish our plates and they still charged us over $70 for about $15 worth of food eaten. They could have offered a discount since we barely ate anything. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Like a lot of places it all depends on when you go and how fresh it is that day. When it’s not good, it’s not worth it. When Great Wall is good, though, it’s on point, offering some of the best Chinese food in the area.

The pregnancy cravings were STRONG this morning! I woke up at 8am needing Chinese food. I’ve eaten here at Great Wall twice before and was never really impressed, but couldn’t complain because they were super busy both times and I made a lot of excuses for them. This morning when I first went in at 10:30am I was the only one in the restaurant, waitress seated me and got my drink, that was the last time she came to my table until she brought my check, at times I would looks up from my food and her and the cashier would be standing behind the counter watching me eat which made me uncomfortable. I ended up getting my own refills twice, she watched me do this both times. The food was extremely dry and bland, I smothered it in soy sauce to give it some flavor, some of it was also cold, which was odd because they had just opened, I expected it to be fresh. By the time I got up to leave there were two other families in the restaurant, it was still really slow. I went to the bathroom before leaving and saw a roach . My meal for one person came to $15.80 and then they asked for a TIP?!? I left a $1 tip since the service was so terrible, but regret it and wish I could go get it back. I wish I could get a refund on my whole meal, it was dry and bland, the meat was crunchy and the customer service was terrible, not to mention the roaches. Won’t be back.

Way overpriced spent 71.00 for 4 people and between all 4 we may have eat 1 plate the food was disgusting so food should be -500. When I brought this matter to the cashier they refused to take money off even though we didn’t eat a plate full.
