Thank you for always making my experience a good one! My food was very fresh; as you can see in the photo. They were all very polite and respectful. Tyshawn. Chris, Antoine and Matthew; thank you very much.

I don’t even consider myself picky. I literally grew up in a trailer. That being said… DO NOT SERVE OLD FOOD! Like be honest- HOW OLD is this food?! The other Jack’s in Huntsville serves old food as well. Nobody was in line, once again. I can see why. I love Jack’s so it’s annoying that all the locations in Huntsville are so bad. I mean this chicken was so dried out and overcooked and hard and brick I wonder if it’s been days. My Publix leftover fried chicken that I heat up 3 days later on the air fryer genuinely tastes 42 times better than this. They didn’t even have ranch the fries were old too. I couldn’t even touch the biscuit once I picked it up it felt like it had sat on a gas station coca cola machine for 8 years. Alright- I’m done trying.

We recently visited Jack’s while staying overnight in the area, and I want to share an experience that really speaks to how a business handles customer service.
On our first visit, we picked up dinner to take back to the hotel. Unfortunately, once we got settled in and opened the bags, we realized there was an issue with our order. After a long day, that’s never ideal — but instead of letting it sour the experience, I called the restaurant and spoke directly with the general manager, Chris.
Chris was professional, calm, and genuinely concerned about making things right. He listened, didn’t make excuses, and immediately took responsibility. More importantly, he followed through. He made sure the issue was handled properly and invited us to come back the next day.
When we returned, the difference was night and day — and that second visit is what really defines this review. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly on the same page. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared exactly as it should be. Everything tasted great, and the experience felt smooth from the moment we walked in.
What stood out most wasn’t just the quality of the food, but the effort made to restore trust. Mistakes happen in any restaurant — what matters is how they’re handled. Chris and his team turned a frustrating moment into a positive, memorable experience, and that says a lot about leadership and culture.
The restaurant was clean, well-run, and welcoming, and the service during our return visit was excellent across the board. We left feeling appreciated as customers, not brushed off or forgotten.
Because of how the situation was handled, we would absolutely stop at this Jack’s again. Great recovery, solid food, and management that genuinely cares about doing right by their customers.

This is the fries that come with the chicken combo plus an extra side of fries. The obviously forgot but would help if 4 employees weren’t standing outside while you order.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but I suspect this was just a usual day there. The service was slow, and the workers were in the back bickering over who had to go to the front to take my order. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry, because it did take quite a while. My order was correct, and food tasted good. I did get offered an apple pie for my wait.

Food was hot, service was fantastic, they were very busy with breakfast but still handled the rush professionally. Everyone knew their job and handled it.

Restaurant was dirty. Two young male employees were in lobby .. one asleep .. one with pants down to his knees… apparently employees … never washed their hands when asked by the 3rd male employee to come help complete numerous orders. Both of these young men assisted for no more than four minutes and went back to doing what they were doing with four people waiting on food and two people besides myself inside.

Very disappointed and shocked at the atmosphere, quality of food and employee morale.

They have awesome pancakes for breakfast, but just about everything else is typical fast food fare. The service struggles. The workers are trying, but they’re understaffed.

Got sick on bologna sandwiches. Soggy hashbrowns. Mgr talked to distract Mgr, SHE HAS FAILED TO RESPOND. Did refund. That’s Jack’s solution. If you value your health stay away from Jack’s.

*Edited 12/10. This continues to be a problem. See my most recently attached picture. Again, I don’t normally worry about something like this, but this location barely ever serves actual drinks in the drive through. Almost entirely ice. I don’t need a refund, I just want this practice of filling the cups entirely with ice to stop.

*Original – Every time I get breakfast at this location, whoever is filling drinks in the morning does this. Entirely ice, no drink. Normally wouldn’t complain, but this literally happens every time I get a drink here at breakfast. I’m not paying for ice. Please sort this out.
