Drove 20 minutes and paid $16 to come home and open this. Waste of time and money.

I hope the manager sees this. As a manager myself I must write it even though I rarely write reviews. It is a new location. They close at 10, we came at 8:30. For whatever reason, two of the employees are already sweeping the floor, one in the dining area one in the food area. Not super welcoming. Funny enough the floor near the table next to us had spilled food and utensils on the floor the whole time we were there. That should have been cleaned right away. They took all but one specialty drink away. I thought they were just changing them, not the case. There are 10 or so employees definitely plenty of staff. Most of them are on the phones or talking. Hand sanitizer is empty.
We got build your own, the servings that we were given were minimal, especially the meat. Definitely not 50$ worth. The food is tasty, just like in other locations, that is why I gave 2 stars. However, the training or retraining needs to happen soon. At least for the evening crew. Hopefully the datetime one is better.

New place to eat, have been excited to try Cava for the longest time and the wait has been worth it. Had the Felafel Crunch Bowl it was delicious, I am excited to try other items in the menu.
The food tasted fresh, well seasoned and the portion size is decent. The restaurant is really clean considering its opening week and the are getting a lot of foot traffic. Definitely worth a try highly recommend.

Went opening night it was nut but the line moved fast and the servers were courteous. The places to sit weren’t meant to be sat at for a long time. Looking forward to going back and trying something else.
