From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

I’m an In-N-Out fan since visiting the main Vegas location last year, so this was almost my first stop when I got to SF last week.. I was not disappointed.

Very good burger, maybe one of the best in town with moderate prices.

It’s good, but not great. As someone who’s from NY, I only get In-N-Out because we don’t have it on the east coast. The burger was pretty good but the animal fries were meh. They used melted American cheese on them, you could see the outline of the cheese square. The vanilla milkshake was pretty good. Seating is difficult with large parties, so keep that in mind. Also if you’re from the east coast, know there’s a “secret” menu you can order from.

I tried this fast food restaurant because it was recommended in an online travel guide. I thought it was characteristic of the place instead it is found in many states here in the US.

It’s always a treat when I get to have some In-N-Out burgers. Came to Cali with a few friends, and some debates needed to be settled, so here we are.

If you’re looking for somewhere to eat open late, well this is your only option really! Despite coming here late at night, STILL it was packed (probably for the aforementioned reason).

Why would you queue for 20mins, order, then wait 25mins for a very average (an almost tasteless meat patty) cheese burger with limp fries and a chocolate shake…that was brown vanilla???? Well, I did and I was very, very disappointed. The highlight was when they were calling everyone’s order number (I was number 73….they were at 42 when I ordered) and I called “bingo” when my order came up. The whole restaurant erupted with laughter…how sad is that??!!

Such an iconic restaurant! Happy to finally visit in-n-out. The burger is great, but I was especially surprised by the animal style fries and neapolitan milkshake, both very impressive sides! I love the 50s styling of both the restaurant and the staff. Talking about that the service was also amazing!

I think there’s a lot of hype around what I would call a typical fast food burger and fries. I will say the bun stood out as soft and pillowy, similar to a brioche bun. Other than that, I didn’t find anything unique about it. A bit overpriced and very overcrowded. Lacking cleanliness and showing more as an assembly line versus an eatery. Having no bathroom, redirecting you to a filthy public bathroom shared by the entire plaza. I’m not impressed…
