We’ve been visiting this local Italian restaurant for years. Extensive menu with a good range of vegetarian options. Bruschetta and deep fried Camembert were both good. Unfortunately the Mushroom tagliatelle was drowning in tomato sauce, and also quite bland with few mushrooms.

The restaurant obviously has a problem with an infestation of fruit flys, which is not great when you’re trying to eat.

Food was absolutely great, really tasty. The staff were really helpful and attentive. The decor was authentic to the theme of the restaurant. They really helped towards any food allergies. I would definitely come back again to eat from here.

Lacked taste on every single dish.
The rocket on the pizza was not fresh and tasteless, the chicken meat was bland too. We would say this is the worst pizza we’ve ever had in UK.

The carbonara had big chunks of bacon, looks like didn’t stir fry but cooked with pasta straight away, we can’t taste any bacon fragrance and cheese on that and it was cooked by cream too, It definitely was not an authentic Carbonara, although we had already put a lot of cheese powder on top but unfortunately the cheese powder was bland too. Disappointment about the dinner.

Casa Mia Decent Italian restaurant. Very cozy ambiance of rustic vintage furniture. Food is not too bad. We have tried their pizzas , garlic mushrooms and bruschetta. Out of all we really enjoyed the starters over pizza . Service has been very good compared to the restaurant being very busy. Well everybody’s taste buds are designed differently. Some would love it some not. Cheers Mama Mia!

Lovely authentic food in a lovely environment. Food was really tasty with good size portions I REALLY liked it and so did the guests with me. I would like to thank the staff that served us as well, girl from Nepal I think her name was Kiri and Eva (Romanian lady) really nice friendly waitresses couldn’t do enough for us. I will be back for the food and because of the service. 10/10 thank you.

As far as I know this place is called Dona Theresa food was excellent and the portions were quite large, and the vegetarian options were also good. Good variety of food service was also good. As we had a birthday they put on the birthday song and turned the lights down the cake we took. On the whole a good evening. Parking is available on the side roads.

The service was great, really attentive staff, however the food was a little bit of a let down, the insalata mista was mainly lettuce and tomatoes, the mushroom tagliatelle was served in a tomato base which was odd and did not really work. Gnocchi was grilled which I haven’t heard of before! The ambience was lovely but I do think that the recipes needs to be worked on.

Went here for a valentines meal with the other half. Had a 3 course meal and found it good value for money. The menu is huge, all sorts of meats, fish and pasta available. I went for the grilled halibut, fish was cooked lovely. Just found the meal as a whole quite bland and dry looking but tasted nice. Starters were also very generously portioned. Drinks weren’t a total rip off like most places also. Overall a good experience and would return.

We decided to try out a new Italian spot for lunch and decided to pop in here.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we loved the Italian ambiance created by the decor.

For starters, we ordered:
Melanzane alla Parmigiana – This dish was delicious, with authentic, rich flavors.

Funghi Saltati All’ Aglio – Unfortunately, this were disappointing. The garlic mushrooms were served in a slimy and lumpy garlic butter (as shown in the picture), making them quite unappetising.

Garlic Bread with Cheese – Simple and basic, but it improved with chilli flakes for added flavor.

For the main, we chose the Pizza Diavola, and it was fantastic. The tomato sauce was tangy and rich, the red chilies brought the perfect amount of heat, and the combination with the pepperoni was phenomenal.

To finish, we had the homemade Tiramisu, which was incredible. It was fresh, flavourful, and a perfect ending to the meal.

I’ll definitely be returning to explore more items on the menu!

I used to go to Casa Mia and have a good meal with good service, however both have deteriorated at an alarming rate.
The food was brought to the table on cold plates as opposed to hot plates which was par for the course previously.
The service is very hit and miss. The staff do not appear to know what they are doing.
The food is at best mediocre.
To top it all, i was charged £301 when the bill came to £178. The incorrect bill was produced and I had to wait till they did a BACS transfer in order to refund the difference.
I shall never go to this restaurant again, please do so at your own peril
