Refined homestyle fare & cocktails in a laid-back restaurant that has warm decor & vinyl records.

93 ’Til delivers a great overall experience with a strong menu and excellent ambiance.
The space itself sets the tone—comfortable, well-designed, and easy to settle into, whether you’re there for a relaxed breakfast or a longer sit. The atmosphere feels intentional and welcoming without being overdone.
The menu offers a solid variety, and everything we tried was well executed. The yogurt and granola was fresh and balanced, a great lighter option done right. The steak and eggs stood out as a hearty, flavorful dish—well-cooked steak paired perfectly with the eggs for a satisfying, classic meal. The dirty chai was excellent, rich and smooth with just the right kick, and the carrot cake was a great finish—moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet.
Overall, 93 ’Til combines good food, a thoughtful menu, and a great vibe. It’s an easy place to recommend if you’re looking for quality brunch or a comfortable spot to enjoy coffee and dessert. Definitely worth a visit.

Definitely came for the drinks. The bar is awesome, but the atmosphere makes you want to stay and hang out for a good long time. I love that they play the entire albums, old school and new school, and all types of genres.

How have I not rated this place? It’s the best spot in the neighborhood for cocktails and scratch made food. I personally love the chicken sandwich and the phozole (when they have it) but all the food is delicious. They have a good shared service model and all the staff is friendly and helpful. It also has a great patio!

Really a nice find in the leafy part of Montrose. Love vinyl decor which also functional. The server was welcoming and knowledgeable. The chef actually delivered the food, explained the prep and ingredients and even gave us fresh made hot sauce from 4 day fermented habanero. Took it home and used it for a few days. Plenty of ecclectic art, curios and widgets to keep your interest. Board games are available. The staff, the food and the atmosphere came together for a truly enjoyable brunch experience. Definitely recommend and will return.

Super flavorful food. Love that they rotate menu selections to keep it fresh. Staff is always kind and on point. Happy hour is a great bonus. Spacious patio, intimate setting inside.

Having dinner at 93’ Til was a highlight of my overnight layover in Houston. I sat at the bar where I enjoyed great food, excellent service, fun cocktails, and good conversation with Alex – she’s an excellent bartender and great fun. Loved the ambiance and crowd of this venue! Thanks all, Oliver

The restaurant was out of a lot of things on the menu when we arrived.
Do not get the salted cod fritters. Fritters were burnt and left a fishy, ashy, burnt oil taste in the mouth. They did not have doverfor the stuffed dover, but had flounder instead. . The waitress was kind enough to tell me before hand, but I still ordered it. Unfortunately, its fishy aftertaste ruled my palette quickly after I could taste the good flavors of everything else in the dish.
The fingerling potatoes were the first to hit our table and were good.
The food was a massive disappointment and waste of money.
The service was good.

93 Til is located at the corner of Main and Mandell. The food is tasty and the service is very good in its laid back approach. We went for brunch and ordered the Pho-hole (fusion of Vietnamese Pho with Mexican Pozole / ingredients), a breakfast burrito and a fruit tartine. The Pho-hole was bursting with flavors and had a nice crunch due to the pieces of a type of corn. The breakfast burrito had less chorizo than we’d had expected yet was delightfully filling without feeling overstuffed from it. As for the fruit tartine, it was a piece of toast topped with cream cheese and a fruit jam that was covered with cut fresh fruit. While it felt guilt-free, expectations were for something more than what it was – toast with fruit on it. While flavors were definitely there and the food was light, it did not meet expectations due to all the hype we’d heard about this restaurant – quality-price-value was not there. Speaking of hearing, it was hard to do inside the restaurant – loud speakers were blaring, which made it difficult to hear. There is also outdoor seating though in the summer heat, inside with air conditioning was preferred. As for parking, there is a small parking lot in front and plenty of street parking nearby. Also for seating indoors, glad we were not seated at the sofa or other low seating as eating would have been more difficult especially eating the Pho. Glad to have tried it.

The small plates were awesome, chicken sandwich was just ok (but not bad) . The vibe at this place is retro with a live DJ playing 90s rnb and hip hop fever dream music, while you drink craft beer and sit outside on the patio much later at night than most other restaurants. Overall cool spot and I definitely recommend the appetizers, just order a whole bunch of them.

I go here for brunch and sometimes late night drinks! The first time I went the food was kinda wonky, but more recently the food is more consistent and tastes better! I normally get the steak and eggs for brunch and the chicken sandwich for nighttime. Steak has a good crust and is seasoned well, comes with a nice pan sauce 🙂 the chicken sandwich is nice for drinking, fried food and starch is always nice
But the main reason I come by is the vibe of the place! Nice record bar theme, nice music selection!! They even let you donate vinyls to the location!
Nice spot to chill and just vibe, drinks and food are just a nice bonus
