From the second I opened the door it smelled like home. Every seat filled. This small family business is probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in the AV and I’m shocked no one is talking about this place. There new espresso machine with signature drinks omg. I honestly can’t wait to go back. I’m actually obsessed.
I just went back and still obsessed. We got tamarind and jamaica agua fresco. Which were really good! He got chicken tacos and chicken torta and I got chicken enchiladas with green salsa but I poured red all over it. I love a combo. The tortillas are made fresh by hand, everything taste amazing.

Came for breakfast this past Saturday.. all I can say is. Good breakfast. Good food… you come here for the food, not the best or super service.. it’s more of a order and pay then take your seat and wait for your food to be yelled out once it’s ready then brought to your table.. but again.. you won’t be disappointed.. long wait times due to the fact that whatever you ordered is being made from scratch like your abuelitas home cooking alright.. definitely a hidden gem out here in the high desert. And the coffee from rincóncitos cafecito bar is a star of its own.. made fresh pastries and drinks are just wonderful… good job to this talent.

If you come here be prepared to taste really yummy food and wait for an HR till you get it so come with extra time because ur gonna be here for a little while. I think it’s only two ppl working per day or maybe one…. Apparently they have the best Birria consume I’ve ever tested and I get a quesadilla de maiz on the side. No carne. I also like their selection of drinks there’s more than plenty of drink options for those who are picky there’s even cappuccino. Glass drinks canned and natural. The first time I came here I didn’t like the location but it’s just in the cut. Bring cash or card and don’t rush the food takes 30min to come out. it’s packed by 10 am.

We order a carne azada burrito and tacos but my burrito was bad bad the beans tasted form 3 days leftovers and the meat was no meat it fat, I got so sick I ask for no rice no onions so they put more beans, the beans where so bad and the carne azada was like the fat left overs of the last 3 days, on top of everything I GOT VERY SICK IS 11:52 PM after so many years going there and getting my order wrong I’m done

The other day I came in on a Sunday morning hoping to eat in with the family and I left embarrassed and annoyed.
Ordered a Fanta bottle and it came with no fizz/gas, I confronted the waiter and asked for a new one and she told me she’d get back to me with an offer or news.
She never came back so when I brought it up to her again 15 minutes later she told me to talk to the manager myself. Ridiculous.
I goto the cashier who happens to be the manager and he’s insistent, doesn’t help me at all, doesn’t offer me any form of compensation. I don’t understand what the situation is for you to pull teeth with me over giving me back my 3$, or just handing me a better soda.
I ended up asking for my food to go, don’t come here expecting friendly service.

We ordered and waited about 50 minutes for our food to arrive to the table and the worst part is that they were not even busy. Also the floor was so dirty and we had no one coming to clean until later when guests started leaving.
Food wise we had an aporreadillo was good, fish tacos were good but the birria torta was dry and the Al pastor tacos not good but the tripas were good. Menudo was on the salty and very greasy, Tamarind agua fresca was great. Definitely not coming back. Not a fan of bad customer service.

Order something simple and the took 45 minutes all tables were dirty. There short staff we went to ask to clean our table she said she will come and never came. The lady of cashier is rude also I ask after 40 minutes about food and she just said it will come and that’s it.
