Realized they gave me the wrong sandwich after driving 25 minutes home and no one would answer the phone after multiple calls so I had to drive all the way back just to get the sandwich I originally ordered. I do not recommend ordering ahead here.

Maybe I’m an outlier here, but the wife and I agreed this subway is the best we’ve ever had (we are from KY). This is also the first subway my wife and I have EVER seen SLICING THE MEAT FRESH. I’ve been to multiple subways from KY, TN, NC, SC, OH, etc. and this location whoops them all. Employees were quick and to the point, good service, AGAIN fresh sliced meat, no “old” or “hot” meat served. The (I assume owner) was sitting in the corner with some spreadsheets discussing various work related topics with her employees, she did not bother us or any other customer. I’m a pretty easy to please person, but this subway has excellent quality for, well, a subway- 10/10 for a subway location, I wish I could move this store, its contents, and employees to replace the one in my hometown. MAHALO!

We’ve made several large orders for parties of 20, another party of 80 and another party of 10 over the phone, some orders were last minute. They were always kind and friendly and had it ready to go. The to go boxes the sandwich comes in looks great, made for a great presentation. The sandwich taste great as well and made to order. Good job Laie Subway!

Placed an order for delivery from here. After an hour and a half, we call and they tell us it’s just sitting there, and if we want it, we have to come get it. If we hadn’t called, I have to wonder how long our food would have sat there.
We get the food back to find out the chips are missing and 1/3 of the sandwiches were wrong.
Skip it. Find another place to eat. Location prices are a complete ripoff anyway, especially when they charge you to deliver a meal they had no intention of delivering. We get there, and there are more employees than customers, so they’re apparently just lazy.

We went there to eat subway and our kids were crying and hungry for milk. We asked employees if they can just microwave the milk for our kids. The employees agreed but owner was sitting there and refused to do it telling us about a policy . She was super rude.
Do not support this business. The owner needs to learn how to talk to customers. If she keeps that kind of attitude it won’t be long when her business run out of business.

I love the sandwiches. The employees are always so nice and friendly. The place is always nice and clean. One thing to improve would be to have more bread so you guys do not run out of bread.
