Got the chimichanga burrito was told there would be queso cheese on top & inside of this burrito as you can see no queso on it and couldn’t tell if there was any inside at least didn’t seem it. Got the steak and you can tell it’s not the greatest quality steak so just not that great of a chimichanga imo. Now that Bandidos finally opened up another location on Newport Ave I’d say they have much better chimichangas than here both queso on it and better quality steak.

Called in an order. They got order wrong. After getting home and called they replied with bring the wrong order back within 10 min. I giggled as if. But kid wanted her food. I get there she came out to serve customer that was waiting and not a word to me, she just reached for the melted Styrofoam takeout , i handed it over and she took it back into the kitchen . such a violation. BTW I’ve never received any of my supreme tacos with sour cream. NEVER

Food is fantastic! Portions are huge! Mostly order take out, but last visit I ate inside the restaurant. Small venue, but full of character, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Food is seriously awesome! Everything I’ve ever ordered here has been super tasty.

I ordered bbq wings from this restaurant/ I should’ve opened the container to check the food before I left – unfortunately, when I got home , and opened the container, the chicken was undone and the person had drizzle few drops of bbq sauce over the chicken- I called the restaurant and asked for the manager but conveniently the manager was not there – I explained to the young man what happened ,and his response was , yeah,Ok”. What drove me to write this review was partially the food but mostly the service/ poor customer service can hurt the business- people might remember how bad the food was but they might attempt to give the business another try but bad service it is hard to forget – your lost neighborhood customer, and along with other family members and friends – train your staff on customer service. It’s is as important as the food you are serving –

Birria burrito is amazing! Flavorful and filling. I couldn’t finish it all. Lizmell, the girl who took our order was helpful and patient with us as we took our time with the menu. She gave suggestions and answered all my questions about different menu items.

I paid $17 for the FIVE taco roll dinner and this is what I got, Maybe the lady mistaked it for her child’s dinner which she brought to work with to sit around and wait in the lobby.

Best tacos around! Everything on the menu from nachos to burrito is A+. Really great low prices and the service is fast and friendly too. A great location to have close. 10/10 for sure!

I order from here once and sometimes twice a week. Up until a month or so ago, my order has been very inconsistent in terms of the quantity and the flavor. Sometimes there is very little meat in my nachos and other times the taste is very off! I’m deciding to write a review today because usually I brush it off but today I wasn’t even able to eat my food. It was extremely salty and tasted “off”. I’m at the point where I’m just wasting my money for the past few weeks… Maybe it’s time to order takeout elsewhere.
