Taco Bell in Woodstock–last time I went there which was yesterday, February 22, 2026. It was a good experience. They took my order with no issues, the drive-through line went quick, the drive-through worker was super cool and the food was awesome. I have had a couple experiences there that weren’t as good as last night but not everyone always has a great day so I always give it another chance. Besides it’s Taco Bell!!!

Today has to be the WORST food ever. I have gone from eating taco bell weekly to very rarely. I ordered two crunchy tacos which should be renamed soggy tacos!!! I go a nachobelle grande which had little to no meat, or cheese. The tomatoes were dried out. The price for the nacho belle grande was $7.00 which should have been $2.00 for the amount of food. Seriously the fast food industry has gone downhill for value and quality of food, service is poor. They want you to wait and pay by yourself while they stand there on their phones.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a bean burrito recently, but found non-veg in my quesadilla and raw, rock-hard black beans in the burrito.
I’m a strict vegetarian, and both items were unusable. I also couldn’t submit a complaint through the app—it wouldn’t let me proceed.
I’d like a refund or replacement. I have photos and my order receipt ready.

Food is zero stars in my opinion. This location sucks. Nacho fries were very cold. Crunchy taco soggy. The lady at the driveway window was nice.

My kids are super picky (some like just meat, some like toppings on their tacos) and I usually just order a bunch of separate tacos on the app… but I was in a hurry an stopped in, and asked for a 12 pack of tacos and if it’s at all possible to get the lettuce / cheese / sauces on the side? (They could have said no and that would have been totally understandable)
But the staff was super friendly and made our day… and made the order amazing, just wanted to say thank you! Cheers. Would recommend this location

Yummy yummy in my tummy this taco bell hit the spot. It is still taco bell which is barely mexican food. BUT! For the price? I’d happily pay this amount to ruin my bowels for a few days with how good it tastes. I like the power bowls the best. Sorry for the mess in my photo I was busy and haven’t gotten a chance to sweep this week.

I used to love this taco bell. They used to be very generous and nice. The last few times we got food there they didn’t give us any sauce and the food isn’t as good as it used to be.
Update I went back and they forgot the sauce again but this time my quesadillas were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted.

Ordered online got 3 soft tacos ordered them fresco bc I’m lactose intolerant. That’s supposed to sub pico de gallo for the cheese. It removed the cheese but didn’t add the pico when the order was placed when I get to the location and try to correct it, they tell me oh we can charge you for it and charge me $.89 for this (that I should not have been charged for begin with) and this is what I get. Please reference the photo attached.

Literally just waited 35 minutes for 4 tacos. No explanation whatsoever… garbage.
Update. Tried again and they got it wrong. Always order supreme and always get sad regular tacos.
Update#2. They move like molasses no matter how busy they are. It seems as though they can only handle one order at a time in the drive thru. The workers here obviously don’t care to much as they’ll carry their disgusting conversations plenty loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear. Whoever owns or even manages this place must’ve given up. I’ve never seen a more poorly run establishment.
