Okay so, the fact that their mobile app isn’t synced up with this locations availability is horrible. We have tried using it to order in advance on a few different occasions, all of which were unable to be fulfilled. The first time they didn’t have nuggets or Coke (or any fountain beverages for that matter!). How is this even possible? But, that’s not even the worst part!! They weren’t able to refund our order! We contacted Customer Service and didn’t get any help, so then we contacted Corporate and STILL didn’t get any help. We never did receive our refund. Months and months had gone by and we decided to give it a try again because of the deals on the app, but ONCE AGAIN lacked availability. The service is…meh. Their prices are getting a bit ridiculous if you ask me, but I’m not entirely sure if it’s franchise specific. I will say their food is delicious though, just don’t ever order ahead!

Old burger meat. Old dry meat in chili. Flies everywhere in the dining area. I counted 6! Terrible place. Worst burger I ever had at a Wendy’s.

Was here on 12/19/2025 the workers were very unprofessional. One younger fellow was wondering around and being loud and obnoxious the whole time. Lady in the green shirt left mid shift for a short smoke right by the front door. The people working this shift in general just treated the place like a hangout for their friends that just loitered in the lobby. Coke machine was in need of a good cleaning.

Amazing staff!! Messed up our order but then gave us a fixed one, three free frosties and a free burger. Manager is very social and kind, had a chat about Brad Mondo Very quiet but inviting atmosphere. Will be coming back <3

The workers are all great the young man who took my order I believe his name was Jackson or something like that was terrific. I would rather go to Birch run Wendy’s than any Wendy’s by us.

8/21/25 – The two ladies working the drive thru yesterday around 2pm, they were SO sweet and friendly! Asked how our day was, suggested shopping options and food was great! I’m telling you, it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Their vanilla frosty machine and their dinning room drink machine was broken, but that’s perfectly fine! The place was good!

Not one normally to complain, as I have worked the fast food industry. But they were not busy and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, and they told me it was fresh.. my fries were cold, they didn’t put the cheese on my cheese burger and my sandwich wasn’t even warm. Will not go back
