From 2010-2014 I regularly frequented Kiyoshi before leaving PA for the West coast. I decided to stop in while in for the first time in over a decade. The sushi rolls are still super hearty, well made, and delicious. The staff have changed (except the owner), but were very kind and just as great as the old crew. I paid approximately $25 for everything you see in my picture (a pot of tea and the sushi bar platter #1 which includes soup – chippies are free ).
Thank you Kiyoshi for continuing to be a Moon Twp gem!

I had a great experience at Kiyoshi Bistro. The shrimp dumplings and egg fried rice were good, but the smoked salmon nigiri was easily the highlight of the meal. The fried ice cream is a must-try dessert! Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere

We ordered the Kiyoshi Sampler with 2 egg rolls that were thick and certainly appeared freshly made. Two beef teriyaki skewers that also fresh and flavorful, two chicken Teriyaki skewers again fresh loaded with flavor and 2 crab rangoons. The crab rangoons wrre a little sweet and that was our only criticism. A bowl of their wonton soup is a great choice with 3 wontons, fresh scallions and a rich tastey broth. We ordered the drunken chicken with brown rice to share as we had more than enough food for two. The drunken chicken had a delicious Thai ginger garlic sauce that is a real winner. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the skill of the chefs. We will be back and you should definitely go if you haven’t.

I ordered carryout during my last business trip to Pittsburgh. The Mongolian Beef dish was flavorful and plentiful. Tender meat, crisp onions and a solid sauce. The egg rolls were huge with pork and vegetables. Upon pick up, the staff was nice and the restaurant was reasonably busy. Plenty of parking. I wish they had the hot Chinese mustard though for the egg roll instead of the “hot mustard” packets! Even got a smile from staff when I left. I’ll definitely be returning.

I ordered Grubhub and the food was spectacular! The pork fried rice was excellent and the amount was insane. The beef and broccoli was just as good. Everything was very hot(had to wait to eat it) when I received it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered chicken fried rice for take out, on the menu online clearly says egg, peas, carrots, onions, scallions. I got dried up rice and chicken. I asked for yum yum sauce. I have never seen white yum yum sauce. So disappointed in everything. My friend got gen tso. Tasted funny, just chicken and white rice.

Was happy to find this place not far from our hotel on a Sunday night. Food was decent, nothing great but OK. For the Pittsburgh bowl they could do without kimchi for the kids but it seems they couldn’t put the kimchi aside (which I still don’t understand why.. )

This place wasn’t awesome for the expensive price. My booth smelled like cat pee. They are not family friendly. No child portions or sides, I had to spend $15 for noodle for my toddler. Lastly what kind of “bistro” doesn’t have butter!?

I LOVED this place. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, the portions were large and delicious, and it genuinely has a beautiful aesthetic. In my opinion, it was expensive, but i think it was definitely worth every penny. I highly suggest this place.

Our waitress was great! But my Orange Chicken was raw. The manager tried saying it was just a food coloring they use. But I know raw chicken when I see it.
