After being seated the servers were unaware that we had not been waited on. We spoke with Mike and he apologized and made the servers aware of their misstep. We appreciate his understanding and we understand his challenges. We will be back. Great atmosphere

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had to go find the wait staff to take our order, as they forgot about us. There were plenty of options on the menu, and the kids were all happy with their meals, but they felt like they didn’t have enough fries. The wings needed a little more sauce, but the food overall was good, and the restrooms were very clean. We would dine here again.

I loved this place! It was super busy for Memorial Weekend but the service was still great. They had live music since it was Sunday. The patio is amazing, they have some nice grass area with games, a shaded area and plenty of tables with umbrellas. Food was good too. Definitely going back!

On the evening of January 31 2026 we had a group of 10 people seating at the bar and it was very hard to get drinks.
I personally tried to order foor at 4:30 i was patient as I could see they were busy.But after waiting one hour i asked about my food the bartender informed me that the kitchen never received my order I then reordered but much to my surprise, it would be another hour before I would ask Since we were all in a group talking and trying to make the best of what is normally a great place so after ordering for a second time and being told, the kitchen still didn’t receive my order I canceled my order of food and we left
I was very shocked about this because normally it’s a great place in service is good.

The food was awesome!!! The staff…. Not so much. The hostess barely spoke to us and just set the silverware and menus on a table and walked away; assuming we understood that was our intended table. The staff at the bar (our table was right next to the bar) was EXTREMELY loud and was continuously cussing and dropping the f-bomb. I do my fair share of cussing, but not at work in front of customers. Otherwise, the atmosphere was pleasant. Would stop again if I’m in the area.

We only get here once a year. The food was great! Today, we had the cutest waitress. Unfortunately, something distracted her. Our service was…okay. The cooks did not disappoint and I would not hesitate to come again. Please consider coming!!

Fun place! The goat theme throughout is fun, the staff is very friendly and efficient and the food is excellent. Our group raved about the Philly (Beef or Chicken, both are excellent), and the World Famous Red Goat Chicken Sandwich, and the Brisket Burger. Check it out if you’re passing through Watkins. You’ll be glad you did!

The facility is super clean. The service was excellent. The hostess was great tried to get us a table right away during a busy time. The bartender was fast at getting drinks to the table and the waitress were super friendly. The food was very good. Would recommend the chicken burger.

This place is a must! The food is amazing and the staff is super nice. I got the chicken and shrimp Alfredo with a Cesar salad on top of two scoops of ice cream I’m a fatty but wow it was super good. We will definitely be coming back.

Stopped mid afternoon Saturday for a burger and a beer. Ordered the world famous Red Goat Burger. It delivered, the crunchy onions with bar-b-que sauce added tang and texture, burger was perfectly cooked, seasoned nicely. Fries were dialed in perfect. Service was prompt and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. Really nice place. I would recommend stopping here. Quintessential small town country bar. I will be back again.
