My experiences takes place throughout this year (2021 ). Normally, to celebrate any special occasion my husband would purchase ice cream cakes from Cold Stone creamery. However, we have been so dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of fresh ingredients from Cold Stone creamery that he decided to purchase an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. This is Major because I am a huge ice cream cake fan and I take my ice cream cake seriously. Therefore, on Valentine’s Day he did not tell me he ordered an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen he just presented it to me and I assumed it was from Cold Stone creamery. After we ate the cake I told him that was the best ice cream cake I’ve had in quite a while. He grinned sheepishly and told me he purchased it from our local Dairy Queen. I did not believe him and laughed it off. On our next special occasion he went to Dairy Queen ordered an ice cream cake and once again I was impressed. This time he kept the receipt to prove to me he ordered this ice cream cake from our local Dairy Queen. Over the course of this year, whenever we had a special occasion we ordered our ice cream cakes through Dairy Queen. If you look at the pictures they are from different times throughout the year and the quality remains consistent. We are so impressed with the way this Dairy Queen makes our ice cream cakes. We plan to utilize their services for the foreseeable future. If anything changes I will come back to update this review. However, the customer service is always friendly, my cakes are always made correctly and the prices are so much more reasonable than most ice cream chains. I appreciate you for taking time out to read my review.

It’s been a while since we ordered any ice cream cakes from this location. My husband recently ordered one for my birthday and I had to take it back because it just did not taste fresh. I believe in honesty therefore, I had to update my review. I’m not sure if there’s a new person making the cakes…..

Went through the drive thru to order chicken strips. We wanted one 4 piece chicken strip basket. The man on the other end heard 4 of the 4 piece chicken strip baskets. No biggie just a misunderstanding. Corrected him And said no just one 4 piece. We pull around to pay and this guy SNATCHED the money from her hand then proceeded to rudely drop the change in her hand so that money fell on the ground. DISGUSTING behavior. They also “forgot” the gravy. Thanks a lot bud. Hope your day and your crappy attitude get better. Maybe take a nap?

Enjoy getting an ice cream every couple weeks and it’s frustrating when you don’t get what you pay for. It’s either made with few ingredients or they don’t even fill the cup size that you pay for.

What do you get when you mix a Toyota, family car ride and pure cool delicious Melt in your mouth Blizzard from DQ? Mmmm..mmm. Good!! That’s what! This DQ has been dishing out cool treats and hot eats before Moses built the Ark! Another amazing Place to get some ice cream. The service is good and the food and ice cream are always top notch! Ordered my friend a confetti blizzard because she is allergic to peanuts and I thought there shouldnt be peanuts in a confetti blizzard right? Well they must have changed the recipe because there was chunks of peanut butter cups in it. As I went up to ask for it to be remade I was just met with “well I dont know how those got in there” and they just argued with me about it. What part of a confetti blizzard has peanut butter cups in it?!? And why are you questioning me about it. Its your job to make things correctly.
