Online ordered a 5 piece original mixed, got a 4 piece wing and a thigh. White meat was fine, cooked perfectly. A large homestyle Mac n cheese, got three small cups that looked like theyve been sitting there for hours. Macaroni disintegrated, was too soft. And a 6 piece wings, also tasted like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Fast food place with very little quality control, probably from being under staffed or manager issue. Would not recommend. Im from TX and church’s chicken never has this bad quality food. Better deals and rewards in churchs app too.

1st time at Popeyes. I am not sure if I would be back. People were very nice and food was OK. Kind of expensive $14 for a combo meal, 3pc tenders. Only 3 people on staff at 7pm on a Saturday night. The floor was sticky, and they tried to mop, but was still unclean. Wet floor signs were out.
Staff were wearing dirty uniforms (working all day?) and had long fake finger nails on. Hair nets were worn.

staff are extremely rude the 2 women that work there have massive impolite rude attitudes. I bought 2 separate orders 1 online and 1 in store I requested ranch with the online order got absolutely none, then I placed a order for a 10 peice bone in combo in store and also requested ranch and sweet heat. I waited then got my order to my surprise I got absolutely none, I then asked the lady for ranch and sweet heat because both my orders had no sauce. She proceeded to act like she was somehow superior than me for asking for some sauce so she makes a rude face says nothing checks my bag to make sure I wasn’t lying i guess then hands me 3 individual ranches for a entire 10 peice bone in combo with 2 large sides and ignores my request for sweet heat sauce. Very unfriendly and rude staff it feels like a very hostile environment, definitely won’t be spending anymore money at this location. Who ever is in charge needs to hire polite friendly staff. I’ve never been to a more unfriendly rude establishment. I spent nearly $40 and couldn’t even get some simple sauce for the large order i placed instead got treated like I was a waste of there time.

I am local to the area and this is the first time in years. I have been to this Popeyes and I remember why I never come out here. I did come at 9 o’clock at night but they don’t close until 11 so there’s no reason they shouldn’t still have good food prepared. I got a five piece tender meal that was disgusting. The chicken was soggy, and the breading was just falling off the chicken I ended up throwing half of it away. I also got a crispy chicken wrap that was covered in more sauce on the outside of the tortilla than the inside. I will not be coming back here. I have been to the Popeyes in Xenia and it is 10 times better than the one in Octa I will definitely just make the 25 minute drive the next time I want Popeyes. I would’ve went in and asked for a refund, but it wasn’t even worth it after spending $23 on terrible food. I just never spend my money here again. I will say, though the staff was decently nice, but it was also dirty behind the counter.

I came here and ordered a 16 family piece, I simply asked if I could get all dark meat, Christina I believe “red hair” was the cashier she wasn’t bad at all, but the lady behind her im guessing she’s a manger she started screaming her soul out about how they can’t do that !!! First of all lady if you want to explain that do it nicely if you hate your life or have a bad day don’t bring it to work, I usually don’t care for small mistakes but this lady is something else, and I asked for sauce she said “you said waaaa” you can tell this lady has no idea of customer service.

I had a great experience at the Popeye’s Chicken at 2134 South Limestone Street in Springfield, Ohio. Just a short 1/2 mile or so from I-70. The food was hot, and juicy. The staff was friendly, happy, and helpful. The dining area was clean with no trash on the floor, the same for the restroom. I highly recommend stopping for some great chicken and a great dining experience at this Popeye’s Chicken in Springfield, Ohio.

I got the five piece tender spicy and my boyfriend got the 4 piece dark spicy and this is the first Popeyes in a very long time that we could actually taste the spicy flavor. We visit many all over because we are OTR truck drivers. Hope we get back here some time. Keep up the amazing job! And it was very clean. Everyone was friendly.
