I keep giving this Sonic another chance and I honestly don’t know why. Every single visit is the same story, whether I order through the app or at the stall. Slow service, confused handoffs, and cold food.

Tonight I checked in and sat there for over 10 minutes. Then someone finally came out to ask if I was there for pickup… yes, that’s literally why I checked in. She went back, grabbed my order, and of course the food was already cold. My shake was half melted by the time it hit my window.

It’s not just a one-off bad experience. This location consistently misses the mark on timing and quality. I love Sonic, but this store makes it hard to come back.

The wait was extremely long — there were only three cars in the driveway, and it still took forever. This is unacceptable. The staff kept going back and forth to the restroom area and just looking at us instead of helping customers. Very disappointing experience. At this point, I will not be coming back.

Ordered online and took the food home and the food was cold. Sonic has went downhill .. the cherry limeade was watered down and hardly any flavor.. no wonder this location isn’t busy anymore… I’m surprised they haven’t shut this location down yet.

This was the most disgusting sonic I’ve ever been to. I’m not really sure what they fried the food in, but the fries, and corn dogs. They both tasted disgusting. I hope they’re Cleaning properly.

Well……service was fast……food…..well, the burger, #1 Cheeseburger, tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated about 30 minutes before I placed my order and then just “slapped” together. Not sure if it’s this location or all Sonic Drive-in. Not even sure I want to try another location to find out. I can’t believe they actually serve food of such terrible quality. I guess the drinks are the main money maker for Sonic. I will not visit here again. You have been warned.

I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and didn’t see no Oreo. Are people not blending the shakes correctly? What’s going on? Does this place not want to do their job because of the milkshake machine gets dirty? I’ve had issues with this before but never wrote a review. Well here it is. Before I used to get told the ice cream machine was off and would take a hour. Everything is awful about Sonic!!! I ended up sling for a refund, I get $5 handed back, tax after $4.99 is $5.41. I was getting played. I then asked for a whole refund for the whole order after which was the #1 smash burger combo, a master shake, I tipped $10, so the whole refund was $27.51. This place sucks!

This is the SLOWEST restaurant!! All I ever get is drinks and most of the time it takes 10-15 mins. The crazy part is I’m usually the only person there .. do y’all hand make the soda from scratch?!!

They didn’t give me one of the meals i ordered. One shake without whipped cream, though asked for in the moblie order. The server didn’t seem to care much that a large part of my order was missing. Didn’t have enough time to wait another 20 minutes so we just left. The food that we did get was fine though.

It’s been a minute since I had the Sonic Experience and wow, have they changed! First, their menu has changed and by that I mean the physical device. The food is still about the same which is delicious comfort food and yummy specialty drinks. But the menu still has the red button you push to order however now they display what you asked for on the screen for verification. Our order came to us quickly by a girl wearing a full facial covering
I’m not sure if the mask was Covid-related or in religious observation. For that matter, I am not even sure our server was a female, but the food was hot and tasty. Now I’m not sure when Sonic got rid of the signature red trays but I wish they’d bring them back. After our meal, my friend had to hit a car wash to vacuum out the detritus we spilled. Sonic is known for refreshments like the cherry limeade slush and now they offer Red Bull Slush drinks. It really was the highlight of my meal. Very nice. We ordered tots but had to ask for ketchup twice before they responded by which time our tots had grown cold. I was thinking maybe Sonic could develop a biodegradable tray to use so that customers don’t have to wear their meals after ordering. Sonic R& D can contact me through social media about my idea of a bamboo tray. I work cheap.
