Service and atmosphere great! It was very busy on Valentines Day! Food unfortunately I had to give one star, my granddaughter had a long hair on her sandwich. Too busy to take back! Staff should have hair net or be required to pull hair back!

Actually had an issue a week ago with a drive through order and called after getting home, granted they were very busy at the time, however i was told come back and wel make it right, did they ever.. Justin the gm was amazing, literally remade all my food and even a few extras I had ordered this time. Customer service like this is so appreciated and I will certainly continue eating here!! I order at least 3 times per week. Twice in the past month I have ordered a sausage sandwich and arrived at work to open a bacon sandwich. One was a wrap and one was a croissant. I know you are busy but please pay attention to the orders. Otherwise, staff is friendly and courteous.

My go to drink has been a disappointment every time I’ve ordered it from this location. I’ve been getting an iced coffee with caramel and cream for over 10 years, it’s always great but at this location it’s always too dark and has 3 half melted ice cubes. Waste of money.

I will not lie that my service at this location usually is subpar at best and half of my experience today was just that. Unlike past visits , there was a highlight to my today on Halloween I was able to get a boo bucket that I was told was sold out the day prior, an also the girl Jessica working the mobile order station. She was going above and beyond grabbing things and helping out other areas and was very willing to help customers get out the door in a timely manner, whether it was her responsibility to fill that part of the order or not. WAY TO GO Jessica !!! You’ve given me hope for your location and I appreciate your hard work. Happy Halloween

I came here in person after work to try and buy gift cards for my coworkers for our Christmas party tomorrow. They were out of the card holders for the gift cards so I asked the young girl working the register if they would be able to check if the Moon location had them before I made the trip out. When I worked in retail for years I was always more than happy to call other locations for customers to save them the trip. I hear some young boy in the back running his mouth saying “she can call them or go there herself” in a very aggressive tone. Thanked the young lady, and made it clear that the Moon Dunkin would be getting my money that day! Which they did and are always more polite than the staff at Robinson. You need to teach your staff manners.

Friendly staff and excellent service! The manager was especially welcoming and attentive, which made our visit really enjoyable. A great spot for coffee and food. I’d definitely recommend stopping by!
