Only thing that was good was the agua fresca. My son’s order was a flour tortilla with beans and cheese( hardly any beans on the tortilla). Cold and dry. He didn’t even eat it. We left before they gave us the rest of the food. Not going back! Loud music when you walk in.

I moved from Houston and I missed eating authentic Mexican food. I’m so happy that Las Palmas exists. I had a torta de fajita and we also ordered some tacos de carne desebrada. It was all so good . I’ve also had their fresh fruit drinks and their snacks. Everything is amazing.

Ummm, nope nope nope… went in just wanting something simple. Just beware, everything we had asked to order was not being served that day, Out of the 4 of us only one ordered (eggs and cheese tacos) , needless to say it tasted (as my son put it) like crawfish…NASTY! I try to give little hole in the wall restaurants like this a chance but we were highly disappointed. Whomever tried to take our order wasn’t very pleasant either. ONE STAR in my book. Place needs a much needed face-lift as well…GO ELSEWHERE, PLEASE!!

The place is always dirty and smells bad. The service is poor. I’ve bought strawberries with cream twice, and the strawberries are already rotten. They used to offer good service and quality products, but no longer do.

I’m originally from Houston and missed the Refresquerias. I came here hoping to get the same experience but unfortunately I didn’t. The strawberries for the fresas con crema were sour. The food isn’t good. The owners are also very dishonest and disrespectful. The children they have working have poor service. I recommend going to Neveria Fruty Mix in Hempstead instead!

When you walk in the colors are very vibrant giving you that Caribbean Type feel. The tag are very welcoming and are nice, giving you time to order and taking it as fast as they can, staying with you the whole time. The Aquas frescas is what we got to drink and it tastes like the actual fruit. All and all it’s a great place to go and is 100% recommended
