Walking through the door, everyone greeted us with a warm welcoming smiles ands vibes…. Made us feel at home. This was on 12/02/2025… That whole staff needs a raise and praise❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The crew in charge of this store are the best I’ve seen. They are always “on top of their game.” Friendly, fast, efficient. The restaurant is consistently clean, the food is fresh and tasty, and the employees are just the best. This store reminds me of the McDonald’s Restaurant experience I enjoyed in my youth, many years ago. Kudos to the crew and the management! Other stores could learn a lot from you!

this location is an absolute joke. and to be the only Mcdonalds in a very rual area is even more of a joke. you would think the manager would want to try and make this location top standard being the only one in the area. about 50 miles wide if not further. on 5/5/2025 i must have gotten the very lowest of the low trained that were working here. i watched one of the employees box up my 40 nugget order and send to the next station. 15 mins later “15 MINS LATER” another employee brings up the same bag like the order ready but its actually not saying she still needs to add the fries. why bring up the order annononcing it like its ready when the order is not ready? this is the same woman too that put my open top frost drink at the pick up area and had a whole conversation with someone across the lobby with her mouth 3 inchs from my drink. the other person was watching and instanly grabbed her drink from the same area too when they saw how unsanitiary this woman was being. finally my order gets ready and she still forgets to put all of the sauces that i went thur selecting to put in the bag witht the order. their literaly a list of them all on the label on the bag and she didnt care to check and make sure everything is in the order. how is someone like this working here. theres no such thing as fast food at this location. or hiring people with common sense on handling customer service. i must have been here waiting on food for 25 mins. there wasnt even a line inside when i made my order. and the drive thru line wasnt that long either. this place needs to be shut down and do a mass rehire of everyone here. even the manager. and actualty train people right next time.
