I ordered a Large Garlic Stuffed Crust Pizza with Extra Cheese and Pepperoni. What they gave me was a plain normal crust cheese pizza with barely any cheese on it. They didn’t mix my order up, the box its in says the order. So that means the employees did this on purpose. They probably don’t care at all and just gave me some leftover random pizza that was sitting around all day. The pizza was cold too. What a sad business. Do not eat here

This chain use to be good for what it is. But this was a waste of a night for pizza and a waste of $50!
Go to the store and get the ingredients to make your own or buy frozen it’s way better. The sauce is so bitter and cheap it gave us heartburn smelling it on the way home. They think they have “New York style” they don’t have any clue what that is a small pepper shouldn’t be half the size of a slice and the crust was flat and dry.
It all tastes old cold and just blah. Thank goodness I had homemade shrimp scampi leftovers in the fridge cause this was a waste of time money the drive. The workers were polite though at this location. But the pizza is a mess.

Such a smooth process. I ordered online, went inside once I got the notification that our order was ready. We were very pleased with our food. I just wish there was a little more sausage on our sausage pizza. The topping was a bit sparse.

Oct 2025: still 1 star they were doing decent here but back to orders not being ready after 45min after being ordered online in their app. Ordered a medium 1 topping with estimated 20min. I arrived about 30min after ordering because it’s a Fri. I arrive and “someone picked it up” – how when it’s not a 3rd party order. I show my order and after store looking it up I have to wait for it to be remade. There’s at least 7 people inside waiting. All the employees are working diligently but it seems organization is needed in the boxing and labeling because orders are piling up and staff is losing track. No one knows what happened to my order, they notified manager but ONLY COURTESY I GOT FOR THEM NOT MAKING MY PIZZA and waiting 15-20min in store WAS – NOTHING. This was not worth the wait.
People are bringing their orders back in because they made wrong and have to be remade. 3rd party drivers can’t pickup orders because there are items missing from the orders.
Orig 2024: 1 star – At night Orders are never ready when you arrive and it is the pick time. This always happens with the girl that works closing hours that was pregnant- it’s always an excuse why the order hasn’t even been started or only partially started when it is time to pick up the order. The order is supposed to be ready but your telling me “I’m making it” – ⁉️ – it’s pizza, so that means you haven’t even got anything ready to go in the oven, because it is the baking time that will take time.

Pizza was pretty good. Good proportions. First time trying the pepperoni stuffed crust and cinnamon pull aparts. I think I like just cheese stuffed crust better though. Pull aparts were dry so I can’t say I’m a fan of those. Might have cooked too long ♀️ Will stick to brownies next time.

I’ve been getting delivery from this location for several years now. This place used to be alright. Last few months it’s really gone downhill. Don’t know if they changed managers ir if the employees just don’t care/know how to read, or what l, but they apparently can’t even send you what you ordered. Twice now I’ve ordered NY style and it is not.

Wasn’t too happy when we received an order of undercooked jalapeño bites. Gave the store a call and Monique was super understanding, having someone deliver another order within 30 minutes. Things like this happen, but Monique’s response definitely made the overall experience with this Papa Johns much better!

Every order is LATE. We call the store and they always have some fantastic excuse. Today it was that they got “hit” with 20 orders right before our order which is BS because we ordered our pizza 1.5hrs before the requested delivery time and they were still an hour late (ordered at 2:30 for a 4pm delivery, now scheduled for 5pm). The pizza is great but getting it an hour late is terrible. Sadly I do the tip with the order. If I knew it was going to be so late, I would have cut the tip in half.

Ordering online is no point when you still have to wait 45-50min for 1 pizza and that includes 20min standing in the store because the order was not even made and they don’t even know why it was “lost” and they have to “remake it.” Not offered anything as a courtesy, just “sorry.” It should’ve been refunded and free for the hassle that was not worth it.
