Honestly we went at a HORRIBLE TIME, because we forgot it was a weekend and it was lunch time, so everybody wanted to eat there. But we were in there in no time with a party of 12! We had a long table and 2 littler tables near the window, now we are not from Tennessee/Georgia, we actually live in Iowa, we were just exploring places we had never been. So we were going in with an open mind! We weren’t expecting anything going in because it was a new experience for us all. I will add to this later when I have another photo, because our waiter left the most thoughtful card, knowing I had one of the worst trips down to Tennessee/Georgia that DEFINITELY made my entire trip worth it all. My kids even tried new things (my kids dont like their food even touching) so for him to of mixed items it was awesome to see!! Also there was an officer there when we were leaving, and he gave our kids stickers! So we have a sticker to remember our time down there.

The food was amazing. So very delicious I love going to the Golden Corral. Everyone treats you well and people are so friendly. Great service from the waitress and waiter’s. I go here 2 or 3 times a month. Never have I had a problem with the food or service. Great atmosphere!! The salad bar and food bar is really awesome! There is so much to choose from. The desserts are made fresh every day!

I haven’t ate at the Golden Corral since the location on Gun Barrel closed years ago. The other day I went in and the place was packed. The food was great for the price considering it is all you can eat. Most drank water to save on cost though. 7 birthday (singing and dancing) parties in the 45 minute time frame I was there was a little much and that’s why I gave a 4 star for the atmosphere and how crowded they were. The line was at the door. For meats I had roast beef and also steak. Can you tell what type of cut?

Sunday, Jan. 11th, at 11:am. My spouse and I went to have lunch at Golden Corral today. Our waitress/waiter greeted us and got our drinks right away. The service today was 8.5/10.
However, my whole reasoning for coming up there was to get a steak. The girl that was doing the steaks has no idea what she’s doing. The last few times that we’ve been up there this same girl and another one is always doing the steaks. The have no idea what they’re doing. The steaks are extremely tough and have a bad burnt taste to them. In no ways am I being sexist. I am not the only one who has/had a complaint. I also overheard a gentleman complaining about it as well. Maybe have someone teach these two ladies how to properly cook steak?? I feel I don’t get my money’s worth. I usually don’t say anything. However, it’s kind of nerve racking that we pay what we pay and don’t even get what we really come up there for…

We ate here today and we come pretty often, but today our waiter Mr. Sherman was absolutely fantastic if I could’ve have given him a 100$ tip I would’ve. He made sure we didn’t need anything had our ticket fix quickly and happily and blew our minds with extraordinary tricks.

The last time I was in the tristate area there were enough all you can eat restaurants you could pick a different place every night. I enjoyed Golden Corral the most, and seeing the trend has waned my stomach jumped for joy Golden Corral is still here. Many things have changed but the comfort food I’ve come to know and love at Golden Corral keeps me grounded. Our server Tiffany was so attentive to our needs I didn’t need to ask for anything. The entire staff covered each and every detail allowing me to focus on the food. The entire restaurant was clean and that’s super important to me. I will hit up the Fort O’ Golden Corral whenever I can.

We went here because it was rated well. I don’t know if standards are low here or what but this place was not anything special. Bathrooms were gross, and food was ok at best. Desserts looked gross. Not the restaurant’s fault, but I seen several people licking their fingers while making their plates. Susan is a great waitress though I’ll say that.

It never really fails. it’s always fun and the food really can’t go wrong. With such a huge variety. However, standing in line is almost like trying to get on a ride at Disneyland. And it’s packed around every single corner of the place, you have to maneuver around people. The food is always Fresh, people are generally nice. The staff is always very kind attentive and thorough.
