Spending $27 on food just to get home and realize they shorted you on the meat (yet again) is crazy. This is the 4th time we have given this location a “chance” and been disappointed. It’s a shame because everytime we have brought up our issues, staff has a horrible attitude and treats you like you’re trash. Stay away from this location, drive 5 mins down the road and go to the one off of 144th!!!

I saw at least (5) different employees working during my visit. I did a conference call with my brother from out of town before dining in and the drive-thru was steady at times and had some momentary small breaks in Drive-Thru customers. Dining floor area for customers to order and eat their meal could use a little TLC. The employee who took my order was efficient but very soft spoken. Possible a new employee and is very shy there’s a reason why I wasn’t greeted. She just came and stood in front of the kiosk to take my order ,nevertheless she never said can I help you or what would you like

Had an incident happend a couple months ago that I want to share. I went into the lobby, still within the posted lobby hours. It was late. Between midnight and 1am. But as I walked in and attempted to place an order on the kiosk.. The man who was working, I assume shift lead or maybe manager, very rudely whistled at me and yelled from behind the counter “lobby is closed.” I tried to explain that the posted hours are right there, not to mention I was there even later about a week prior with no issues. Then he made up a lie and said lobby was only for doordash orders, which really angered me because I had walked from my apartment a block away.
I was very upset that he was refusing to allow me to order in the store when I had no way of going through the drive through. The overall engagement either customers from most of the staff here comes off as quite rude. Some of its a cultural difference and some if it is employees providing very unpleasant customer service.

To start, I ordered my food in the lobby and by the time i receieved my food (Nacho fries and a grilled cheese burrito) it was all very cold. Ive had cold food before, no big deal, they were most likely busy with drive through or online orders so i didnt think much of it. Come to about 5 minutes later, I hear someone yelling about how one of the workers is too slow and isnt getting things out in time. This shocked me, as ive never been to a taco bell where the employees are yelling while customers are in the lobby. One group just got up and left, another shook their heads while looking over. After all the yelling is done, I walk up to the counter to find the employee who was being yelled at. They were maybe 18 at the oldest and their eyes were FILLED with tears. It was clearly her first job, if not that then she was just starting out. I tried to ask whats wrong and if there was any way I could help, but the employee just brushed it off and said “oh the general manager can be a bit honest sometimes.” THE GENERAL MANAGER?? I would expect something like this to come from an employee that had been there for a long time. I tried asking who i assumed the general manager was about the situation, and i kid you not, i was told to shut my mouth. This is beyond disrepectful behavior from a GENERAL manager. I dont expect a refund or new food, All I expect is that taco bell gets their shit together and learn how to act like a real american establishment.

I consider myself a Taco Bell aficionado. I’ve been to them all over the US. I live walking distance to this one. I think it’s top notch. People there are always super nice, the drive thru hardly ever takes more than a few minutes despite being relatively busy, and the food is generally really good for Taco Bell standards. Happy that it’s my “home” Taco Bell

It took us awhile to find what we wanted to order in the kiosk. Then stood by the counter to pay but nobody would come to the counter so we sat down to wait for our order. After awhile was finally able to get someone’s attention and make sure they got our order. She then checked the computer and did get the order but said they hadn’t started it yet. Finally paid for it and waited for our order. Very little meat in the tacos but other than that it tasted good.

Have to call out good customer service when I experience it. The gentleman at the window in the afternoon on 10/9 was so nice. Something as simple as saying have a nice day, hope to see you back here, goes a long way. He was great

Asked for a simple order they overcharged on the order. I tried to explain to them exactly what I wanted. I think I explained four or five times and still got it wrong. I got to the point where I just took the food and left. Asked for a party pack softshell regular ask for a second party pack half Doritos Locos tacos, half softshell without lettuce every time I go there I have to check my food to make sure they got it right most of the time they got it wrong and we have to keep fighting back-and-forth. This is a ongoing issue at this location

Old, stale, broken, food. Barely any cheese or meat. Fries were lacking the seasoning and not full in box. We normally love the nacho fries and late night tacos but what a disappointment.
