Hands down my favorite restaurant for Mexican food. I haven’t been back for years due to moving out of state and nothing compares. It’s delicious still! Thank you for keeping this Great restaurant going and still the best food! It never dissappoints! The fajitas are the best with the chicken, steak and shrimp. The seasoning is great. I order the pico degalo and add the green goddess sauce to dish with flour shells! The staff were all so friendly and we had great service! My friend enjoyed the chillie relono’s. Great too.

A very nice little restaurant hidden on the edge of town not too far from the Berkeley Pit. The place had great ambiance and creative decor. The food was fresh with its own approach to Spanish food, which included a fusion of Spanish and northwestern US seasoning. It is definitely the type of food that will taste better the next day after the spices have settled. The atmosphere is that of a home town restaurant frequently visited by the locals. Servers are kind, hardworking, and very approachable. The desert menu is one of renowned fame with selections such as fried ice cream which has become a local favorite over the years.

I recently visited a Mexican restaurant and was impressed with my experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables, chairs, and floors were spotless, which made me feel comfortable dining there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere very inviting. The menu had a wide selection of Mexican dishes, and I was pleased to see that they used quality ingredients in their food. However, the prices were a bit higher compared to other Mexican restaurants I’ve visited in the past. Nonetheless, the great vibe made up for it. I tried the Carne asada, which was okay, but the chips were absolutely amazing. They were crispy and fresh and paired well with the homemade salsa. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun and delicious Mexican dining experience.

I enjoy the food but these past couple of years there’s been a real problem with service during busy times, or when there is a large group in the private dining room. I only eat there 2 – 3 times a month, but its getting to the point that at least one or two of those times per month my server will ignore me. This last time was the worst, I finished eating and sat at my table for over 30 minutes until I finally walked up to the counter and asked to pay so that I could leave. I’m going to start limiting my trips here even though I honestly love the food.

Mixed review on this charming restaurant. This was our first time there, and the service was great. The green sauce on my enchiladas was excellent. The beans and rice not so much. My husband’s chili rellenos were barely above edible. Other people in our party said their food was fine. One had fajitas, one had chicken and rice and one had tacos. Maybe it depends on what you order.

We showed up for lunch and were in a bit of a hurry. We didn’t think we needed to say anything because there was only one other table in there. I believe there was only one waitress working. She stayed chatting with the other table for quite awhile. She came over and took our order. The food came out quickly, but we were still about an hour for lunch. There isn’t much meat on the taco salad. The chicken cilantro rolls were delicious.

The service and atmosphere were ok.
The food, to us, was not very good. The Sopapilla’s were unlike any we’ve ever had. The dough was more of a cornmeal or cake like mush, beef filling was tasteless and plate was swimming in a flavorless red sauce. Rice had an odd burnt chemical like taste. Nachos were decent. Burrito plate was similar to Sopapilla plate, ground beef was mushy w bits of gristle, this plate was also swimming in sauce.
Prices were higher for quality and quantity.

It’s hard to rate this place, as the meal I had was actually good, but the style of everything was just so not authentic I kind of had a laugh about it. The service was the kind I would get at a country steakhouse, and the chips were not fresh made or anything of the sort. Guacamole and salsa were passable. I do have to say the fajitas were very good though, in the way my Irish family would make them.
It was just kind of weird to have a whole staff of very Anglo-Saxon people cooking and serving at a “Mexican” restaurant. The recipes were good in a completely American- and Midwestern-ized way. I also thought the price a bit high for what it was, considering authentic Mexican food is known for large portion sizes.
This is not a bad place for Butte, MT, and if I wanted fajitas in the area I would go back. As someone who lived in Phoenix and has experienced some delicious cookouts, I just can’t feel right giving it more than 3 stars, although I didn’t have a bad time. It is good, just not authentic.

Great little Mexican restaurant. They like to push a sauce called goddess. It’s ok but seems to be a mixture of ranch and guacamole. Guacamole is good enough imo. Service was great. 4 full meals and soft drinks for $70.

Ordered the pork Chimichanga, rice, and beans. Added an egg for beans. There was quite a bit of sauce on chimichanga, which made the outside soggy. The flavor was good. The rice had some kind of sauce on it, tasted a little like tomatoes. Our server was wonderful, as was the atmosphere. The chips were good, as was salsa. Ask for the hot sauce. Mix it up for fun!
