I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to come with three pieces of bacon, but I was only given one. When I politely asked about it and requested the correct amount, the employee argued with me instead of correcting the order. She then shut the drive-thru window in my face, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.

While we were at the window, my mom asked for cream cheese with her bagel, and the employee told her to drive around again, saying “ain’t no add-ons at my window.” Since when is cream cheese not permitted with a bagel? That response made no sense and was unnecessarily dismissive.

On top of all that, employees were coming into work wearing bonnets, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional for a food service environment.

Mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of basic customer service, and overall unprofessionalism were unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and management.

I was very thankful that when we pulled up, there was not a line, but was unfortunately proven wrong when it came to the wait time it seemed like it was pulling teeth or performing brain surgery to even get an order in the confusion with my refill cup and a frozen drink was understandable what was not understandable was having to re-reset my order almost 4 or five times and it’s still not being correct. Definitely a very easy pleasing go happy person and this definitely tested my patience today. If you’re going to go to work on a substance maybe you should take the day off because the cashier was definitely having trouble understanding what we wanted and having a very hard time using her register. Was told they couldn’t do a frozen mocha with 4 pumps of mocha. I’m just confused more than anything. The sandwich I ordered looks like the photo below. I just don’t understand. The food taste like propane..

This google review is a love letter for the Dunkin’ Manager: Tamisha.

On more than one occasion I have witnessed her working BOTH the drive-thru and front ALONE.

She works quietly and patiently without complaint.

I am humbled by her work ethic and proud to say that she didn’t share this with me, I witnessed first-hand and I asked.

She has wonderful staff and leads them with love and kindness.
Shout out to: Simone, Latisha, Autumn, Tramani, Jovanni, and Trenton.

I don’t know specifically why she works alone on some early mornings? I hope that this review finds corporate/a district manager and that she is assisted with whatever needs she may have.

Dunkin’ helps me run.
Tamisha makes THIS Dunkin’ location run smoothly.

Hardworking, ethical, dedicated employees are hard to find. I hope that she is recognized.

I popped in to get coffee and jelly donut. The service was fast and friendly but the jelly donut did not taste or feel fresh. She said that they come in the truck and are not made in premises. Too bad.
The place was cool and plenty of space. But having seats on the table does not really give welcoming feel.
The coffee tasted like plastic.

The air was a sign on the women’s restroom that said out of order, toilet does not flush.However, I went inside and flushed.The toilet and it worked fine. I ordered ten doughnut holes and they only gave me eight. Also one of the cashiers was vaping while she was at the register. I am not happy with this location.

I went and got my favorite caramel macchiato the iced one. My server was very friendly and I just want to say they have the best caramel macchiato ever. Thank you for the great customer service you know I’m going to be back to your store again. I highly recommend whether you’re just traveling through or you live locally you go on in and support your local business

Seemed to take forever to get our order. And each item came out one at a time. When we went back to the counter to order more we stood there for more than 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. It seems drive thru takes more of a priority at this location. Food and drinks were good.

In my opinion, this place was disgusting. Just look at the photos. In my opinion. This place has not been cleaned properly in many months maybe even over a year.
I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to the standard I expected. I took some photos to illustrate my experience, as I believe they highlight the need for improvement. It’s concerning that a well-known brand like Dunkin’ would allow a franchise to operate in such condition, especially since they sell their products in big box stores. I hope this feedback encourages the franchise owner to address these issues for the benefit of all customers. In my opinion, Duncan should take this location away from this franchise owner. It’s clear that he does not care about it.

1st time in this location. Visiting family close by. But staff was amazing. Fast service polite. Unfortunately a gentleman with a flat tire had made a bit of a scene bc the staff couldn’t help him with an electrical outlet on the property. But the staff handled the situation very professionally in my opinion. I decided to wait til he left the property because he came back an tried to take photos of the staff. Fortunately he must have realized that this is not a gas station an went across the street. Way to go staff team for keeping your cool in a weird situation.
