Family owned. Service was outstanding whenever I am here, all the staff always asks if we need anything every 20 to 30 minutes. Making sure everyone is happy and well fed lol!
Fave here is the bun bo hue, mi hoanh tanh, mi thom thit, eggrolls and since im filipino, i love the porkchops over rice, pork skewers over rice!

The food is ok but definitely overpriced for the portions they’ve started giving. I spent $30 on 2 baby spring rolls (with 2 small shrimp each), a small Pho, and a drink . They seem to be understaffed which is probably why the service was just ok. This used to be my go to spot but they’ve been going downhill for a while

Arrived when the doors opened. Staff seemed irritated. Received water right away but the hot tea and appetizers came same time as meal. I ordered H1 pork w shrimp. The shrimp were so tiny I could barely see them. You got mostly broth for your meal.
Went to the restroom….. stay out of there! No toilet paper, no paper towels, the trash can was almost full from the day before. When I looked up the vents were covered in dust so thick it went across the ceiling.

I had a terrible experience at Pho 79. The food was overpriced and the service was horrible. Monica, our server, was incredibly rude and didn’t provide the full meal. The silverware was dirty, and it was freezing inside during winter. The boba drinks were subpar, lacking freshness, and the options were limited. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it.

This is the second time I ate here in the past couple months. I used to eat here all the time a few years ago and it is really going downhill. The food was okay but once we were served our food we never saw the waitress ever again. She never came out onto the floor. Our drinks were empty, plates were never removed. And then it was time to pay, we had to go and find someone. This is the second bad experience I’ve had since I’ve been here in the past couple months.

I spent a whopping $38 on a Togo order, expecting 2 large orders of pho… 1 with no meat 1 with chicken….. However, the portion size I received was absolutely ridiculous for the price. There is no way I was given a large portion of anything when it was enough food to feed a 2 year old. I received three times more broth than anything else. I asked for extra onions and sauce, but they were nowhere to be found. There was barely a handful of noodles, one slice of jalapeño ,and a sprinkle of bean sprouts.
I called the store and complained about my order, but they told me that they portion everything out. I explained to the person that I’ve eaten at Pho 79 several times and I never received such a skimpy portion of pho. Then I was told that the kitchen was closed and that they could only give me a discount for my next visit.
I was so disappointed that I will never return to this location. It was a complete waste of almost $40. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Hampton location !!!!

A flavorless disappointing waste of money. Dipping liquid for egg rolls doesn’t even stick to egg roll, the Bahn Mi was pathetic I felt like they should apologize to the country of Vietnam absolutely no flavor to the sparse ingredients they used. The Thai tea was good. Plus the spit balls overhead were a turn off. Definitely a one and done visit sadly will look for a Bahn Mi some where else. Took the bahn Mi home for the dogs
