Such great food!
In all our food travels we had never really sat down for proper korean meal. I’ve seen this place many time, but had never been in. So glad we did.
Atmosphere is fine with no issues at all. The staff was fun and friendly, a real delight as well.
On to the food. It was amazing. I had the dolsot bibimbap and the wife had a katsu chicken bowl. Really good on both. We also ordered goyza and a kimchi pancake (really big, like a medium pizza). Those were memorable as well
There are a lot more items in the menu we are both wanting to try when we come back!
We do recommend and we will be back.

So so so so good!!! Ingredients were really fresh and top quality. Banchan selection was a good amount and great tasting choices. The service was actually some of the best I’ve had. The waiter was attentive and very honest, I overheard him telling a table the amount of food they were getting were big portions when he could’ve easily allowed them to over order and run up the bill. I will definitely be stopping by again soon

I went here with a buddy of mine after being recommended to try this restaurant by some of my Korean friends I graduated with. I must say this is one of the best Korean restaurants I’ve been to in Michigan. The portion sizes reminded me of being back in Korea and the prices were super reasonable.
We ordered a lot of food and the server(maybe owner) joked around a lot with us. He has kind of a dark humor. I personally enjoy that kind of humor but I can see how that could rub people the wrong way.
While we couldn’t finish everything we ordered in one sitting we took it home and finished the remainder maybe like 30 minutes after leaving. To be honest if I could eat here every day I would.
Definitely will be going back to try some other dishes.
Oh, one small thing that would have been nice would have been to have some music or a movie playing. But that’s just something random I personally would have enjoyed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Amazing food! Very affordable. You get more than enough to eat. Eric is funny, sarcastic and kind. He was very good at helping me with what I wanted. I’ll definitely be going there again.

Decent food and hearty spot for a Korean family meal. Portions were not too large but overall tasted very rich and well-made. The soy fried chicken was too sweet and the batter was not as crunchy as we would have liked. Still a great choice for the price of food.
I’ve read the other reviews, and safe to say the waiter’s cynical remarks was not as well taken. When asked for a recommendation, he bluntly refused by invoking personal virtue. Rather dispiriting for guests.

Gotta give it a five star due to a bit of Asia nostalgia, after almost one week away from home. However, indeed the food quality is up to par.
Hot tea is served before we order, and complimentary side dishes are delivered with the appetizers. The main courses are good in terms of taste, and quantity. And at last, the waiter has a good and relaxing attitude.

We enjoyed delivery yesterday and were too greedy eating to take a pic, but this is the spicy pork we had leftover and it’s wonderful!! We loved the shrimp shumai, kimchi dumpling, gogi kimbap and kimmari. Tomorrow we’ll have jajang myeon but dipped a taste and it’s also lovely. Thanks for your brilliant food, it’s in the “self care” rotation going forward.
