Megan (I believe the name was Megan her name tag was somewhat covered, short young and blonde) is a extremely rude girl I don’t know what her problem was, she was conversing with someone about a order then looks at me and says can you move im trying to talk her, mind you i was not even in between them they were moving to where i was. Megan could’ve simply said excuse me and I would’ve moved but that whole attitude is crazy. Both drinks were made wrong on top of that…. Something to note that other customer looked different than I so maybe that’s her reason, maybe I’m just not welcomed in her presence. The rest of the crew was nice the girl with the cool hat was very nice and accommodating she’d be the only reason to visit this location.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks. I’m not one to be picky, but my order was so frustrating I threw it out. I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso with no ice, the worker made me switch it to light ice. I got caramel drizzle and cold foam. $10, which is crazy but that’s what I ordered. I got a cup filled literally over halfway with ice. I walked back inside and asked for it to be redone kindly and apologized for the hassle. The past drink was so beautifully made besides the ice. This one was 50% foam, barely any caramel, NOT FILLED, and not mixed… for $10. I was rushed and not apologized to. The worker that made my drink took my old one and threw it away… they usually let a customer keep it since the workers messed up. I can’t except this for the 3rd time, address this Starbucks. At the very least a refund.

I started coming here before work (with multiple sbux on the way) & they are absolutely phenomenal. The workers are always laughing & smiling. Drinks/food are prepared very fast compared to numerous other locations in the general area. They even mix my macchiato/chai for me sometimes, not to mention this is the only location that makes it correctly.

Not my first time, second, or third time at this location, and at various times of day, and every time the service is incredibly slow. My last visit with only one car ahead at the speaker, took 15 minutes to get to the window, with a few more minutes at the window. At least the window-agent was friendly, though not apologetic. And the drink was piping hot and accurate. If you have someplace to be after, skip this place. If you’re heading home after to rest, sure.

Went today for 2 dragonfruit lemonade refreshers. Baristas audibly complaining about one of them (black tea and peach addition). Both drinks were water instead of lemonade.

Very disappointed, this experience was unacceptable. My friend and I wasted 45 minutes of our Saturday afternoon at this Starbucks and didn’t even end up with the drinks we ordered — it completely ruined our afternoon.

We spent nearly 30 minutes stuck in the drive-thru line (with a crying baby in the car), only to receive the wrong drinks. We tried to give them a chance, but after tasting them and checking the labels, it was obvious they weren’t what we ordered.

I went inside and spoke with Emily, who told me they would remake the drinks. After waiting another 10–15 minutes, I realized our remake was being treated like a brand-new order — at the very bottom of the queue — even though the mistake was entirely Starbucks’ fault. When I asked why, Emily told me that’s their policy and that even when Starbucks makes a mistake, the remake has to wait behind all other orders.
I explained how unfair that was, especially after already waiting so long, but she showed no empathy or compassion whatsoever. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked her to confirm this supposed policy, and she stood by it. I also spoke to another barista, Brie, who was equally dismissive and unsympathetic.

We are loyal Starbucks customers and spend so much money at their cafes every day, and this is how we get treated?

In the end, I had to ask for a refund and left empty-handed after nearly an hour of waiting. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at any Starbucks location — or any coffee shop, for that matter.
This location clearly lacks proper customer service training and empathy. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them defines its character. Sadly, this Starbucks failed miserably. I will never return to this location!!!

Came here yesterday, angel was extremely rude to my fiancé and I. I told her she made our drinks wrong and just wanted them remade and she had an attitude and was slamming the sliding door everytime she came back to the window. I asked to speak to a manager and she has the nerve to say “ I am the manager now what” and slammed the sliding door again. Will not be back here ever again because of her behavior. I hope another manager sees this or someone else higher up.

While I always enjoy coming to Starbucks, a store’s appearance makes a difference for the customer experience too. Last night, when I went through the drive through, the window was so dirty that I could barely see through it. I hesitated if I wanted my order because I wondered how clean the inside of the store was based on the dirtiness of the windows. This store needs a thorough cleaning!!!
