I usually order from this subway and it’s usually good. But today I did a pick up order and when I walked in the worker already had attitude towards me. I received the cup for my drink but the top of the cup was way too small for the drink, I was struggling to get it on and when I was doing that the worker accused me of refilling my drink to many times??? Which I’m very confused about because I didn’t even put fill my drink. This worker messed up my order and barely even spoke English. Worker was very rude and got my order very wrong

Horrible experience!! I ordered the “Home Run Ham” advertise on the subway app it said 33 % more meat…. But this right here is not it. I called to make a complaint the lady refused to let me speak to a manager or even give me her name. She said and I quote “take your sandwich eat it and don’t order from here again, I don’t care if you call my boss or whatever” I recorded it all. Staff needs better customer service skills and to learn the menu better!!! I asked her if she wanted me to bring the sandwich back she said, “people take sandwich’s and make complaints all the time”. She admits there’s complaints therefore you should fix it and the attitude was not appropriate on her behalf! Do better!

I tried Subway for the very first time and absolutely loved it! Janvi, who prepared my order, was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to suggest options I might enjoy and really knew her way around the menu. I appreciated how professional, friendly, and sweet she was throughout the process. This is one of the worst subway to go to. Every time I go here the people working here are extremely rude as well as the people. Whenever I order my sandwiches from here there is barely any meat in the sandwich. I ordered the grilled chicken footlong and there three pieces of chicken in the whole footlong. Always makes the sandwiches very shitty. Very shitty employees, and their work. This subway should be out of business by now. They overcharge for barely anything they even put in the sandwich.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a footlong sandwich through the app since there is a $6.99 deal going on for all subs. The footlong had a measly portion of chicken and guacamole. When asked why the portions were low for this premium sub, the person behind the counter replied ‘What do you expect for $6.99?’ Basically, they reduce ingredients since a deal is going on. The worst part is when the Subway member decided to go through my sandwich to prove her point that there is enough chicken. I have a picture below of the aftermath. This is an extreme low for a well known sandwich chain. When asked for a refund, the Subway member made me wait until they served other customers, as a spite. They acted in a very pity way for something that could have been resolved easily. This establishment is such a disappointment and a disgrace to other Subway chains.
