Jason Tyson, the manager, was yelling at his employee so loudly in the lobby i had to yell to try and place an order, I ended up canceling the order and moving to a different place. Do not recommend, I understand things come up but respect your employees enough to do so privately.

My first time at this chain. Was on a road trip and kept seeing this chain at many places so decided to try it. It was a Cajun fried chicken place. Not bad. Our sandwiches were quickly put together but tasted good. Can’t really complain, my hunger was satisfied.

12/20/25 drive thru line to the highway. Spent 35 minutes in the drive through. Waited another 35 minutes at the counter cause I did not receive all of my order. Still got the order wrong. Then was told that I would just have to wait. Was able to get a refund after the 4th attempt

They over charged me, the manager refunded me re-rung the order and it was still wrong didn’t get half of what i ordered. Paid for fries get all the way home no fties and you worrying bout a drivr theu time try getting the orders right.

Very unprofessional and they let chicken sit for long periods at a time along with the sides instead constantly get out fresh food. I am disappointed! Need better leadership. It suppose to be fast food, but having to wait about 30 minutes. Also they was not constantly washing hands after each task. They better hope my family don’t get sick.
