I felt the need to leave this review. I hardly ever eat MCD but my family and I grabbed breakfast to go and we were impressed with a few things that I felt I needed to mention. Firstly, the food and coffee was HOT. All three sandwiches were neat and with crispy bacon. The hash browns were crispy, hot and perfectly fried. The sausage burritos neatly rolled and the coffee was not burnt. Our order was also correct. This may not seem like much but compared to some fast food experiences, it seems like your staff here takes the time to deliver to the best of their capabilities. So I applaud you guys and thank you for your attention to detail.

I just left the Caribou McDonald’s one person ahead of me in the drive-through two of us sitting at the order booths and still couldn’t get waited on five minutes sitting there and they had one car in the drive-through absolutely ridiculous

Poor customer service. I specifically asked the clerk if everything was in the bag before I drove away. She replied yes, the burger was not in the bag so I had to get back in line which took another 15 minutes as the french fries got cold and hot fudge sundae melted. I seldom go to McDonald’s, overpriced unhealthy food with poor customer service.

I’ve come here a couple of times for breakfast while waiting for my vehicle in the shop. Lobby is clean and my order is always right despite it being a pain in the neck order to make. They let me use my reusable cup at the fountain for water and ice. Nice staff.

Slow service, nobody at counter, used kiosk. Even that was slow. Maybe only two employees in the whole place at the start of the evening dinner time.

Fries cold this happens all too many times,even when they are busy . That’s when I expect them to be hot . This is common in most locations. Along with the burgers and the cheese never melted ,that’s a sign of the food not cooked enough.

Some of the staff is friendly, but others really need to work on how they talk to customers. I swear no one has any customer service anymore. No pleases or welcomes to the store. My kids love the happy meals and meals so everyone is happy with the food. And I have always loved how each season/holiday is decorated. There is definitely pride for who owns/decorates. Very well done.
