We went to this Panda express location on Friday, December 12, 2025. Parking is very convenient with a short distance to walk from your car to the building especially on super cold days. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by an employee working behind the service she was extremely pleasant and always had a smile on her face throughout the entire time we were at the restaurant.
I tried to look name at her name tag to give her a complement, but I was unable to read it. Which is a shame because she was a cut above the rest when it came to treatment of customers. We were promptly served, the food was absolutely delicious. we usually purchase the two entrée plate and split it between two people. It is always more than enough food for us. I’m really unsure how people eat all that in one sitting for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The menu is very well laid out.
I have one big negative with my experience at Panda Express. After ordering our food, we sat in the restaurant to eat. Literally at each end of the row of tables there was a person sitting in each corner. I knew exactly what this was when I saw it and it really irritates me. About halfway through our lunch a person wearing a panda express hat and jacket came in and was interviewing a gentleman. After finishing the interview with the male, the employee went to the opposite end of the restaurant and interviewed a female there. I have a huge problem with this. First of all, they always sit in the best seats in the restaurant. Secondly I don’t want to listen to someone’s interview during my lunch. Thirdly, I think this is a very disrespectful for the person who was being interviewed to sit in a public forum during an interview and spew personal information for the restaurant to hear. I think this is very disrespectful to not only the customers but the interviewee. Maybe this has become a common and acceptable practice. I don’t honestly know, but I feel that employees using guests areas for breaks, etc. is very unprofessional.

I usually go to the Maplewood Mall location, but I was at the MOA location and decided to get a little something. I was glad I did! Great food and great service. Fun location of course being at the MOA. I recommend for sure and I will be back when I hit the Big Mall again! Thank you!

Ordered online, got a party platter of fried rice and when checking out found it was Scheduled to not be ready for hours after I needed it. I called the store and Jordan helped me out, got my order expedited so I would be able to pick it up on time. Jordan‘s amazing customer service and helpfulness over the phone and in the store will make me a regular customer there.

Manager Jordyn had great customer service skills. I ordered orange chicken meal but some was hot and other cold. He did not argue with me or make excuses like panda in Burnsville. He stepped above and remade . Now I’m enjoying hot meal on winter day…

Hate to pit a restaurant chain after another, but to be honest, Panda Express is the GOAT of orange chicken. Consistently delicious, fast, and economic menu. They’re a household go to when you’re in the mood for comfort foods or just feeling like a night off from cooking. Definitely recommended.

Food was good. Ddi not have a few things as they were very busy, and my wife found out one of her favorite entrees is being discontinued. Pop machine was not working at all, so it was whatvlittle bottled pop they had or nothing.

Good food for what they had lots of items missing never been to a panda that had so many entrees unavailable. The employee in the beginning of the line was very much not helpful very bland and not into her job at all she was very young looking I didn’t get her name.

A literal half hour for to-go the last three times. The wife’s favorite location until recently. Get it together. If its because if online orders, figure out the staffing and a second make line for online orders like Chipotle. Until then, were done.

Was hoping to grab a meal after work and 20 minutes after they’re supposed to be open, the doors are still locked with employees visibly working inside. (Was waiting outside since “open”) As I waited, 5 other people tried to go into the restaurant but left after discovering the door was still locked. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I also left. Being a bit late to open is understandable but over 20 minutes late is a bit much and really shows a lack of care and preparedness.
