I haven’t ever left a review on anywhere but I really felt the need to on this location. I go out in public a lot with my client for my job. I have never been to a fast food place that had such a good atmosphere. To start everyone working was super nice. While we were sitting and eating one of the workers was on his break, and gave a homeless man his food. I have nothing bad to say. I wish the Carl’s Jr by my house was this enjoyable seriously.

Jose working the front counter was very patient as he explained the current deals and per his recommendation I downloaded the Carl’s app. The deal was too good to pass on XD. Additionally, the restaurant and restoom was clean!! Really surprised me, since it was 6pm. Our order was compleated promptly and the food was fresh. I was very pleased with the service we received 🙂

We got one burger combo, one burger, and an order of fries. We were given one burger combo, and one burger. My husband went back for the missing fries, and I sent him pictures of my burger. Apparently this is where everyone gets trained. There needs to be quality control before customers get their orders. My California classic double (I asked for no lettuce or tomato) was given to me with two bottom buns, no sauce, and one and a half patties. My husband’s Angus burger came with a single regular patty, despite the upcharge for Angus.
When he went back for the missing fries, the manager gave him our fries and two cookies, one for each of us, as an apology.
We have consistently had issues with getting wrong orders here for over a year, they really need someone to quality check the orders coming from the trainees.

I had the big star. It was amazing. I had a strawberry milkshake that I got for free on my birthday. I used the app for that. My wife got a big star with cheese add mustard. She really likes it that way. We really love the burgers and fried zucchini, french fries and chicken strips.

I asked for the slider combo and to have them made into lettuce wraps no bun. They said we cant do that. I let them know that was odd seeing as all the other locations will accommodate. I offered to pay to add lettuce and they said sure we can do that. I ordered two for $5 famous stars lettuce wrapped as well. They gave me cold fries in the combo, flat soda, the lettuce wrapped sliders I paid to have low carb still had the buns and the lettice had pink/brown all over it. Too too it off there was a piece of some sort of plastic in my lettuce wrapped famous star. I was disgusted to say the least. I went back and they refunded my $5 and made 1 of the 2, new lettuce wrapped slider. I will not be going back!

I called to let the store know that the burger I ordered was burnt and not good. The manager Eva was so nice and told me to come in so she could make it right. She has amazing customer service and replaced my whole meal from the night before. I come here all the time and rarely have issues but is nice to know they will go above and beyond if there are any issues! Thanks again, Eva!
